Tried to email customer service from the contact inside GSESMARTIPTV but strangely the email was returned to me as undeliverable. Why put an invalid email address in their app under “contact us”. Otherwise, app does what it does. I would suggest moving the settings wheel icon from the top where it’s counterintuitive and actually ignored and putting it where users would expect it to be.

The service on my tablet work and is a some. When you try to watch TV with the IPTV it’s frustrating. Buffering like nothing I ever see. Can not see a single channel on TV. So I want to cancel and my payment said Pay pal , when I sign in pay pal , PayPal did not collect the money, so who take the money out of my bank, nobody knows
I’m on the phone with my bank because is not other way to cancel any other charges from this people

I am going to talk about the Apple TV app, It’s a great app but the recording feature is still kind of useless for me because you need to have the player on screen to record what’s the point if I basically want to watch something else on another app while gse record I cannot do it, I paid 5 USD to record in the background and is basically useless. If you don’t want to record in the background then GSESMARTIPTV is absolutely perfect for you. So please try as hard as you can to allow record in the background and if you can a scheduler record or how much time you want record. Thanks

TvOS Versión: Great app, easy to use, I see improvements in GSESMARTIPTV since I purchased so developers keep working on this project, I would like to see better improvements on the recording feature, is really ugly I’m sure it can be done better, and the search feature.

iOS version: not use this one too much, but always see glitches with volumen and brightens when I touch the screen, other than that works fine with my playlists.

I am using GSESMARTIPTV for over three years now and without a doubt it’s the best comparing to all the 100 similars . With the ability of recording and different EPG systems available. Also the separate volume and brightness system within GSESMARTIPTV player is a great option.
What app needs is the PICTURE IN PICTURE ability.
It will be a 5 star for me then. Thank u in advance.

Really enjoying most aspects of GSESMARTIPTV, from the portrait view as well as landscape, ease of favoriting shows, and how the sound continues after you minimize GSESMARTIPTV .

I have reached out to the developer a couple of times and haven’t received a response, so Keep that in mind.

Works great and easily maneuvered using iphone. It doesn’t have a search bar when using app on the Apple TV. I’d give 5 stars if they add a search bar on the Apple TV for tv series. Currently I have to scroll for a long time until I find the show I want to watch. Using the “favorite” save function on the Apple TV isn’t easy. If At least the shows should be in alphabetical order, that would help tremendously.

I like the ease of use and reliability. Holding out on the fifth star for features that I would like to see. It would be nice to be able to select a channel in a different sub-group while viewing a love channel. Or even letting the screen be minimized to view other functions on GSESMARTIPTV channel list. Also, some explanation on the finger-swipe shortcuts. All-in-all, I really enjoy GSESMARTIPTV and works perfectly for my IPTV service.

I have been using GSESMARTIPTV for a few months now and I haven't experienced any problems so far. The channels load quickly and there no buffering when watching a movie or tv show. GSESMARTIPTV updates often. It is user friendly. I have tried other IPTV apps, but they were not as user friendly as this one. I recommend GSESMARTIPTV to anyone looking for an IPTV app that really delivers.

There are serious bugs (e.g. when adverts appear, the dismiss button is often off-screen, and cannot be tapped, requiring a force-close of GSESMARTIPTV , and full playlist reload), which is extremely frustrating.

Additionally the interface is absolutely dreadful, and looks over a decade old... That said, this is a powerful and very capable app, limited mainly by IOS restrictions.

Fix the bugs, and I’d give it 4-stars, add some updates to bring it up-to-date (e.g. enable PiP) and I’ll give it 5 stars!

I love GSESMARTIPTV and would definitely recommend it. The only issue that I have is that I bought the Pro Version and can only use it on my Apple TV not on my IPhone. So on the IPhone I must see an ad each time I want to view or switch channels and that can be annoying especially when you paid for the Pro Version and can’t use it on your phone.

It seems that most stations I try to stream buffers every few seconds. I try downgrading from the $10 a month plan to the $5 a month plan, but there is no clear direction on how to do so. I tried contacting a customer service but there is no phone #. The program guide needs to have the name of the program with out having to click on the movie. Also every month I have to enter my payment information or my service gets cut. If anyone have the answer to any of the above issues, please help. Thank you.

This is the best app out of them all has 3 different buffering options. Instantly loads channels and there is no lag or glitches in GSESMARTIPTV so far. I would how ever add a quality option but I believe that is service dependent and not app. If it's possible it would be awesome I have times where I would come in Handy where I cannot get 4g speeds. Thanks again this is an amazing app!

For the price of small size cup of coffee you will get :

1- application that meets all your needs to the extent allowed by the current iOS.

2- the developer commitment to improv GSESMARTIPTV without any additional cost, for example adding new functions called playlist manager where we can create new playlists or edit the current playlist.

My review is very brief. I love this program. It is highly functional, adaptive, flexible and very reliable. However, enabling a comprehensive “search” function within each overall and subordinate file element would make GSESMARTIPTV near perfect. I am having issues with buffering with the iptv service I use so got GSESMARTIPTV. It reduced but did not eliminate buffering. It took me quite a while to figure out how to add my iptv service and play it through GSESMARTIPTV . The instructional videos just have video and no audio. I finally searched on the web to find someone that wrote clear written instructions on how to do this.

As I said and what I have red from people reviews if the developer work a little bit harder he can be among the best Iptv developer people I can feel that , and make customer service rapid response and very knowledgeable , still have to Thanks him for every thing, hope this help. Thanks Moe

GSESMARTIPTV works fantastic. I tried several others and they all had so many issues.
GSE IPTV is solid.
I think there are many areas where it could be made even better. Like touch the Channel to make it play, and press for a second to open other options. Many more that come to mind.
But still Best IPTV App. Keep up the good work

I'm fairly new to the iptv/streaming media movement. But I have to say the guys and (if any) gals at GSE really have made a user friendly app that's not only amazing for its features and functionality. But it crosses platforms practically seamlessly.
So if your looking at getting something to play your m3u playlist ? Free or not this is a solid app that is perfectly run as well as maintained. 👍🏻

When it works it’s awesome, however, every few times you watch a video a click bait game pops up before it will let you get to your video. Sometimes it is easy to click the x to close it out and other times they put the x way up in the corner so your phone’s sensor won’t pick it up so you are forced to be rerouted to GSESMARTIPTV Store to buy their game.

I never received a link for access after purchasing that app for my iPhone 7. I have e-mailed support twice already with my Apple ID and no one has yet to e-Mail me yet. I am anxious to get GSESMARTIPTV working. Please help, I would really like a response from GSE! Until now I give GSESMARTIPTV 1 Star because tech support is not responding to my e-mails to correct the problem yet. I am going to call APPLE chat and see what I get from them. I have purchased so many apps and have spent so much money on apps it’s not even funny. But not to get a response from the company just is not fair to the end user. Until then I remain in solitude.... 😢😥😭

I must be totally honest , GSESMARTIPTV is great it’s well put together and I love it especially with the record BUT you need to have the record in the background it is pretty pointless recording a programme and still having to watch it at the same time . Come on people let’s have the record in the background please .

So far I’m happy with GSESMARTIPTV : How ever, it would be nice to have a better quality option being that there is some channels that have poor quality. I have another app that has that option but GSE IPTV is more stable which is why I rather use it over GSESMARTIPTV . But in the future it would be nice to have that option.

I have been using GSESMARTIPTV for a year and it has been great until recently. Approx 2 months ago the ability to stream to chromecast stopped working. Myself and many others have reached out to the developer but have received no response. Check twitter where the official GSE account replies to other issues but won’t address chromecast support. Everything else works fine but this is a major setback for me and after purchasing the ad-free version recently I will be requesting a refund

It plays any IPTV playlist without ads. I wish you could select which default menu to open up in and some features have bugs like the one touch feature doesn’t work in favorites menu. But hard to complain.

I love GSESMARTIPTV and what I’m able to watch. Live cable even tho it has commercials. But for the price it’s awesome. Don’t like the ads though that you have to watch every once in awhile. Hope the ads don’t get worse or I’ll walk away. Would rate 5 plus without the apps popping up

The vader streams works great on here except the EPG is off by 7 hours. It shows you what was on 7 hours ago, even though the correct time is indicated in GSESMARTIPTV .
Also, the Contact button does not work, it opens an email template but the Send button is not activated, so no way to send a message.
Please fix this!
