Trying to cancel my merkery security camera
I am trying to renew my plan because I have a new card. I can not find how to do it with the app. Please advise,.
Seems like a well organized scam. App function is terrible. Camera function is terrible. Recording is terrible. Image quality of recording is terrible. Motion detection triggering the record function is absolutely the worst. Customer service the worst I've experienced. No customer service number. Seems like a very well organized scam
all of the complaints are true. HOW can I set up an account to pay for the VIDEO? AND why does the bar code take me to a SCAM page instead of getting me a users manual. I need a hard copy users manual. CAN you send me one?

I don’t know why I would buy another camera like this. I pay money for the camera and then I have to pay you to use. It sounds pretty stupid to me when I can get a better camera and not have to worry about all that miss seems like to me the world is so greedy that they will do everything they can to make money and scam people out of money. It seems senseless to buy something that I have to pay to use. I bought it now it’s useless paperweight, but I’m gonna bust all the pieces and throw in the garbage already destroyed one of them. I have one more left. I’m going to destroy that too. Apples getting bad. About wanting to charge you a little. Monthly fee to use apps that makes no sense. But that’s Apple. The world is more and more evil and greedy. I’m surprised they don’t charge us to breathe now I’m sure that will probably come soon

I have 2 of the older (4 months) cameras and the older app. It works great I have hardly had a problem out of them. I decide to try 2 of the newer style with the new app. (Only because I couldn’t find the others for sale anywhere)
The app is terrible to navigate, the camera wouldn’t stay online. Even though it said it was online. I had to restart it 4 or 5 times. Actually pushing a button on the camera by the way. This was maybe a week at the very most. Had motion set up to take video, but didn’t see one video at all. A single picture every hour on the hour was all that was captured. Will be getting rid of the new cameras and keeping my older ones. Hopefully will be able to find one or 2 more, given that Merkury doesn’t change the original Geeni app.

Already purchase 2 cameras with the other app. Then we decide, “hey let’s get one for the porch.” I notice they got this white one at Walmart. We spend 40 dollars for this junk just for it to tell us it won’t even give us motion detection unless we subscribe to a plan. So I try to subscribe to this plan and the app has no way to let me, just says to “visit our website” so I do that, and guess what? The website takes me back to the app!! I don’t know how anyone else managed to get a subscription but this is nearly impossible for me to do. I don’t even know the price of this plan yet I still want to purchase it just so I can see who is accessing my mailbox!
Fixxx the app (: and the quality is awful. If you just purchased this camera just put it back in the box and get a refund.
