RegionalFinance let me set up my account and let me log in once. After that, it does not recognize my login/password. I clicked the forget password and they sent the email, but never received the email. They do not bother even following up after.
I put everything in correct but says my credentials don’t match !
Keeps telling me to add a payment method then after tells me to close the window but doesn’t save changes. Completely useless, I’ll stick to the website
Doesn’t let me add a payment method. Seems like this has been a problem for a while and still no fix.
I’ve already added 2 payment methods, but when I go back to pay it shows that there is no payment method….
It keep saying need to add payment . Even thought I add 2 different bank and a debit card already . Every time i clicked it success then go back out the payment doesn’t show any payment . You need to fix RegionalFinance .
Keeps saying no payment method added after adding multiple. When I try to pay, it does not let me select the payment methods I have already added.
I have been trying to make an online payment for two days and it keeps saying I need to save a payment method. And I keep repeating and saving. And then it says ut all over again every time I try to make the payment again. Of course this happens on Saturday and Sunday when branches are closed. Absolutely absurd!! Not being able to pay this is going to cause a late payment on my loan with totally ludicrous!! And Shady as all get out on Regional Finances Part. Don’t offer these options if they aren’t even accessible!! I’m LIVID!! And I DO NOT Recommend at all!!
The customer service was so proud of this “an easy way to make a payment”. What a joke. It does not work. Hasn’t since I down loaded it. Customer service keeps saying they know there is problem and they are working on it, but I am free to call in the payment or set up auto pay.
I’ve been trying to set this website up for months. I’ve changed passwords more times that i can count. It will tell me, Strong password, but it won’t go through. It keeps saying, Incorrect Authentication Credentials! I’m done. I do NOT recommend this site at all. 😡😡
Horrible App. It will not allow you to make payments. You can add card numbers and bank account details however, it will not let you make a payment. I wish I would have never decided to deal with this company.
How the heck am I supposed to set up payment when the freaking app doesn’t work?
I’ve also been trying to pay this trough RegionalFinance for a week and even though I added my banking info to do an ACH. RegionalFinance says I have no banking method created!
I have been trying to pay my bill on RegionalFinance for a week and it keeps saying, I need to add a payment method when I have already added my card and my bank account and routing number.
I set up my app after creating an account and setting up my payment method on the website first. Then using RegionalFinance to make my payment was super easy. If paying after business hours, you do need to use the date for the next business day, or you will receive an error message. Otherwise, RegionalFinance is quick and easy to use.
After I made my first payment through the office, making my payments on RegionalFinance has been super easy.
