The app let me set up my account and let me log in once. After that, it does not recognize my login/password. I clicked the forget password and they sent the email, but never received the email. They do not bother even following up after.

I have been trying to make an online payment for two days and it keeps saying I need to save a payment method. And I keep repeating and saving. And then it says ut all over again every time I try to make the payment again. Of course this happens on Saturday and Sunday when branches are closed. Absolutely absurd!! Not being able to pay this is going to cause a late payment on my loan with totally ludicrous!! And Shady as all get out on Regional Finances Part. Don’t offer these options if they aren’t even accessible!! I’m LIVID!! And I DO NOT Recommend at all!!
