It’s been a month since I did both go apply offers nothing another offering was first Crypto deposit Reward, I deposited 3 times now still nothing but some of them worked not sure if it’s a system error or something.

Laggy. Indicators go on and off. No way to save your chart so you have to redo everything when login. Just terrible

BYDFi lags real-time prices. Very frustrating

For some reason i keep trying to pull my assets off… and it says success and then refunds it to my account?!

BYDFi does not work as it should. The button to close out your entire position only closes out a portion of your position, so you need to push it 5 or 6 times to close. The market can move a lot while you are trying to get out.

Same thing for the stop and limit orders which have been placed for the “Entire” position, well surprise only a small fraction of your position was closed, significant losses resulted from positions that should have been closed but didn’t.

Unless you can watch the screen constantly you are likely to to lose money as the orders you thought you had in place did not execute as planned. I lost thousands of dollars because of this flawed app.

Was starting to make a little money and loe and behold, trb suddenly disabled i was gonna go short. Wouldnt let me and trb dumped. this app was doing good for me. Lasted 1 day

It's easy to deposit money into this platform but withdrawing your money is difficult. I don't recommend this platform because of that.

One of the things I appreciate about this app is the wide range of cryptocurrencies available for trading. BYDFi ’s fee structure is generally competitive, but I think the withdrawal fees could be a bit lower. It’s not a deal-breaker, but something to consider if you’re planning to withdraw frequently.

Customer support is responsive, but there were a couple of times when I had to wait longer than expected for a reply to my query. It would be great if they could improve their response times.

Overall, this app is a reliable and user-friendly app for cryptocurrency trading. It offers a good mix of features, security, and trading options. With a few improvements, particularly in customer support and fee structure, it could easily become one of the top crypto trading apps.

I am so glad I found BYDFi!! It is really easy to navigate. Some apps make one thing easy and another hard but this one makes the whole process easy and if you are just getting started or a pro this should be everyone's go to app!!!

Platform is very easy to navigate. Customer service is quick and helpful. Lots of rewards and other interesting things they do for customers.

What a great exchange. Has some awesome bonuses. Except they sorta screwed my GF outta her whole sign up bonus tho.. wish they would give her her bonus.. but otherwise pretty good exchange.

They crypt over rewards are amazing. They’re trading program is flawless. You just need to know crypto and what to do with it and they are always 100% with the rewards. They do not hold anything from you and they help you learn and overachieve and underachieve so I would definitely get this if you’re wanting to get your foot into crypto

I really like BYDFi as I used to use I like that I can scalp and trade the 3X leverage tokens as well as new tokens. The bots are also a great feature.

Best margins with every desirable trading pair and an overall easy to navigate ux. I highly recommend!

This is a great app to start investing with crypto. I have learned so much in just a few months and I began with “zero” knowledge. I’m still learning, but I have a good intuition on crypto.

This is a really nice trading platform. I like the way it's set up with being able convert coins right from the trading chart and having the option to have one way trading or hedge. It's a very nice layout. I hope to make some money on the platform.

Ok, I’m still new to this platform, transitioning from BingX/Bybit, I’ve found this exchange to be the easiest, most user-friendly BY FAR of all the others I’ve tried. Personally, I love it!! This is gonna be my home for trading!! Thanks to those that made this one happen!!

I had left a bad review earlier because I could not login using BYDFi due to the sms code not being sent but I talked to support and they helped me get the issue resolved. I had to disengage sms from my pc which then allowed me to log in from my phone. Once I did that, I reset my sms verification security again. All logged in and all good at the moment.

Good apps

This is so much better and so easy to use. There are real people that will actually help you as well which makes life easier. The courses and rewards are also phenomenal.

I am a beginner trader who was looking for a stable and secure platform. It has greatly easy view for chart and volume. I usually work with rsi and ema. I was able to customize all chart easily. Chart view is very important for traders of course. Just do not use high leverage if you are not confident. If not, you are going to lose your money.

I didn’t expect my introduction to futures trading to be this simple let alone profit on my first trade. I can’t give enough stars right now. I’m very happy with this and excited for futures!

A great platform to use. Expecially if you are in the USA. They except kyc so you can praticate in a lot of the events like rewards and airdrops. Very fast customers service that has fixed my problem within 2 hours. Very active team constantly improving site functions and creating new listings. Gonna be here for a while. It will only get better. Thank you!
