You will never get off their email distribution list and you will receive multiple junk emails per day. They never respond. The "unsubscribe" at the bottom of every email just hangs. Their info@jomashop email is full and bounces back. Run Away.

This customer service experience was extremely disappointing. Despite receiving my order with a missing item, I understand that mistakes happen. However, my attempts to contact them through various channels have been fruitless. I provided evidence of the missing item as requested, demonstrating my honesty, but their responses have been sporadic, with emails only arriving every three days. As a loyal customer who has made numerous orders and recommended their service to others, NOT ANYMORE, I expected better treatment.

The app is terrible. When trying to pay using any option other than debit or credit card it doesn’t recognize your signed in. Bugs with the page loading correctly. The page will randomly reload itself. If you contact customer service they will tell you to just try it on a computer.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and just shipped it earlier in the week. It gets to my address only to be returned to sender based on a clerical error. Better off using another service and paying a little more on the product because at least it gets to you.
