They have very frequent “glitches” which results in them losing funds customers invest with. They have no accountability. Coinbase and ROCK IT COIN are a MUCH better option.

I’ve been using RockWallet for a couple weeks and it worked fine. Today, after a purchase, RockWallet won’t open. It just crashes as soon as I try to open. I can’t access my account or wallet and it’s causing me a lot of anxiety and frustration. Unacceptable!

What a waste of an app for the US.
You can only purchase Bitcoin or ETH using a CC which is not allowed in the US or for most of the World. I figured I could fund my account with checking account and make the purchase or swap that way just like you’re able to do so with other platforms, No! You’re only allowed to buy TetherUSD, why on earth would anyone want to buy TETHER and not be able to do anything with it! You can’t Buy, you Can’t Swap, and you Can’t withdrawal!!!

I just downloaded RockWallet this morning. One of my first chore was to read the reviews. First review was a apparent scam. It was a review to recover scammed bitcoin, that’s not a review. I contacted the support group only for them to tell me that they could not find my account. I told them about the review and was told not to contact them. This is very concerning to me. 1) they had a scam being ran in there own website. 2) there not reading the reviews. 3) they lost my account.

I have had RockWallet for about a year, and it’s always been a little flaky. But now with new iPhone, it shuts down every 5-6 seconds. I can NOT get my money transferred and they have not been helpful. I’ve restarted and redownloaded over and over.

It literally takes forever to send crypto, it’ll show that it’s still in your wallet. Yet nothing can be done. Also, why is it every time I buy crypto it’s always 2-3 dollars less than what I purchased even if that certain crypto is gaining. You charge a fee to buy the crypto, then take more once it bought. Straight robbery, definitely my last time using

App is a joke had it verified to see that they only allowed card payments method u can’t link bank by any chance and they only allow specific card because i tried to link my Discover debit and chime debit both didn’t work and after 2 day’s i received a notification saying they couldn’t verify my personal info after successfully verified from the start! and they couldn’t even give a genuine reason why the verification was drawn off

Two out of ten times you purchase, youre locked out of your account for 1-7 days.

Issue first seen last year, fixes done:NA

support will tell you to try again for 5 days until servers get it right

Only place you can buy the genuine Bitcoin in the US that is trustworthy! Has all the others as well!

Swap is fast and inexpensive. Buy with debit card settles quickly and is reasonably priced.

only downside is you need ethereum to swap, other than that support is very quick and helps with any problems i had

This is an honest exchange for BitCoin. It is the only one I know of and use. There was a mysterious delay in receiving a purchase I had made, to my wallet, and the this app staff were prompt and thorough in resolving the claim. Recommended.
