App could use a direct link to customer service. I contacted customer service four business days (6 days total) before my order was being delivered notifying them that an old address was being used. They let me know a one time courtesy update would be made but couldn’t guarantee the update. I also sent a customer service request directly to OnTrac the delivery service. It was still delivered to the wrong address. I was gifted a gift card and it’s just been a headache experience trying to get things sorted and I’ve been pro active with customer service. Redeeming the gift card wasn’t a smooth process which lead me to creating a duplicate account that started this mess. The app could offer more clear details like the address it’s being delivered to up front instead of hidden so I could’ve caught the issue earlier. Customer service team is responsive but the product needs help.

App functionality was great before the latest update. Now all I can do is log in and change upcoming meals/deliveries but I’m not able to view my account details or past deliveries. When I try to X out of the upcoming screen it just logs me out. It also won’t stay logged in.
Frustrating to have to log on to the website to view account info or look for past recipes. Please fix!

Terrible app that doesn’t let you access itemized records of your purchases or customer service through the app. You have to use email for that.
The app reminds me of the food, shiny plastic bag over subpar ingredients and terrible customer service.
Almost every meal was a 4 out of 10 but cost the price of a 7.
