I send a recovery/ invite to my email I don’t get anything I’ve tired to contact the support team I haven’t received anything.

TruFitAthleticClub won’t allow you to sign in at all or when you do “forgot password” it won’t let you change it because it says there’s an internet problem even when you are connected to the internet. This has happened to me and my 2 other friends, TruFitAthleticClub DOSE NOT WORK. I’m so sad about it because I was so excited to use it, well I can’t even login.

spoke to staff and they were unaware that TruFitAthleticClub doesn’t work, although this dates back MONTHS ago. apparently, support is no help. what’s the point of an app that doesn’t work? can’t even login.

Absolutely garbage didn’t work won’t even let me login and nobody is answering my emails about the problem. I don’t pay for a gym membership to not be able to use it?!?!?!?

Don’t know why they bothered making us change apps when I can’t even login. Tried resetting my password, but just end up receiving you guessed it nothing. Now I have to keep bothering staff with my phone number just gets annoying having to constantly do this till a solution is found. What a terrible app experience.

I can sign in on the website but can’t get in TruFitAthleticClub . It doesn’t recognize my username or password and the reset option doesn’t send an email. Currently, TruFitAthleticClub is trash.

Strange for an app that is on Version 7. My long-standing group exercise class is not accessible on TruFitAthleticClub . Longtime TruFit members are unable to even access it.

The gym location names are inconsistent. There is no way to change your “home gym location” since the heart button is locked down. And you can’t favorite instructors.

This gym has the sweetest people working in the TruKids childcare room. My son is 1.5 years old and has a blast.

TruFit is a great gym. Plenty of space to work out. They have everything you need and the staff here is top notch.
