Abominable user experience

As others have pointed out, the previous app version stopped working and directed users to download the new app, without even offering any App Store shortcut. The new app now opens a webpage for the login, which, if you are eventually successful, redirects back to VoyaHealthAccountSolutions . The user experience of this journey is horrible: first, because the “this site uses cookies” popup from that webpage page covers the login fields on a mobile device, and second, because all biometric and keychain functionality that used to be natively part of VoyaHealthAccountSolutions is missing from the webpage. So no TouchID, no “remember me next time,” no ability to fill in credentials from my password keychain. Borderline unusable.

Garbage

I don’t know why my agency uses this company but here we are. The previous app worked way better and now, after the update, it won’t even allow me to log in. I now have to use the website which isn’t user friendly. On top of that, when I submit documents, they don’t always upload to voya. Then when you call, they make you stay on hold for ridiculous amounts of time.

The login screen keeps popping up

I’ve been trying to get into my account with VoyaHealthAccountSolutions for the past week and it keeps showing the login screen after I put in my information.
VoyaHealthAccountSolutions sometimes works but this is the latest problem I been having

Junk App

Not even worth downloading. Works ok on a phone but on a IPAD, it is useless. Several times I have been unable to login with my iPad even when I am able to login with my phone right next to it. If they re smart they would fix it as retirees are just gonna pull their money out of a non functioning app.

This app needs serious work to be useful

VOYA header at top covers 90% of the screen as soon as you return to home making it impossible to navigate options. Also where are the investment controls and capabilities I was told are available from the service rep. VoyaHealthAccountSolutions need a LOT of work before it will be as useful as my last HSA providers was. This is people’s medical money guys…get it together.

Doesn't work at all

Voya's old app worked fine but for some reason I had to reregister my account and download the new app recently. The new app won't load my accounts. Just sits there on the loading screen until it times out. I've tried rebooting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling VoyaHealthAccountSolutions . No luck. Customer service is absolutely useless. Awesome enhancement guys...super. Get it together

Worthless

I wasn’t able to log into my account for days. Voya sent NO Notification about update to a different app. I called when I got new cards. To find out what was happening. Finally able to get in this morning. Updated app is HORRIBLE. No changes from the last one. And the screen is taken up by the logo.
Voya get your crap together. Give us a good app. Let us put receipts in at time of payment.

Won’t let me log in

Every time I open VoyaHealthAccountSolutions it pops up a login window, I put my info in, it accepts it, and then the log in window pops up again. This repeats in a never ending fashion. When I log onto my account online, I get an error message when I try to see my account balance or account activity. I literally have no way of accessing my FSA info, the old app worked so well idk why they changed it

This app is terrible

It was clunky when I first started to use it but a few months ago they must have updated something and I was unable to log into VoyaHealthAccountSolutions . I can log in now but VoyaHealthAccountSolutions just takes me to a web browser to access my account which completely defeats the purpose of having an app. I’m hoping they fix this but it seems like they probably don’t care.

Unusable App

I used VoyaHealthAccountSolutions just fine but as of January 31, I can no longer use VoyaHealthAccountSolutions . I have called customer support. I was instructed to uninstall and reinstall VoyaHealthAccountSolutions . That did not work. I was then told to wait 24 hours. I waited over 24 hours. VoyaHealthAccountSolutions doesn’t work anymore. I’ve never seen a large company not fix their app with so many customer complaints about functionality. If you want us to use your app, make it functional.

Voya is incapable of processing claims

For two weeks I’ve tried to process a claim for OTC medication for which I have MD’s letter of necessity. Voya has always been a substandard FSA company, but now - it’s impossible to file claims.

I’ve tried several times, and can view the receipts at the time I upload, but several days later, there’s no evidence that a claim was filed, nor are any receipts on file.

They tell me now to email them the claims with documentation, so it appears the apps, both iOS and Windows, won’t be working anytime soon. Voya management is completely incompetent, just grifting from employers and making overworked employees spin their wheels to get reimbursed with our OWN $$!!

Voya Health and Voya Retirement accounts messed up

Just like everyone else - user name and password are not recognized when signing in. You go through all the trouble to keep changing your password but then you cannot sign in to the accounts. Cannot link the two together so just one user name and password are used either. I activated the debit card, have already made over $600 in contributions in January and the card was denied at the pharmacy. Terrible. I wish my company did not use them.

Daaaaamn

I was not expecting to see a 1.2 star rating when I got ready to drop a review but it is well deserved. App is useless and constantly crashes like others have mentioned. No, it has not gotten better. The website is a little bit better but still has bugs too. Finally decided to cut loose ends, delete VoyaHealthAccountSolutions , and close my Voya account. It’s not worth being charged monthly fees on my HSA account with the quality Voya provides. Will never sign up with Voya again.

App doesn’t work

They say they made “improvements” but they actually made everything worse. Voya never shared updates with their customers/clients then one day my HSA debit card is denied at the pharmacy and I can’t log into VoyaHealthAccountSolutions . Days later I get a notice that I’m getting a new debit card but still nothing about updates. With the “new” app you could only check one thing and then VoyaHealthAccountSolutions crashes. VoyaHealthAccountSolutions won’t even let me log in anymore and can only log in on my desktop. Junk app.

The worst app that I’m forced to use.

I don’t understand why make us switch to a new app that doesn’t even work? I can’t even view the balance of my HSA, let alone get reimbursed for things I have been paying for out of pocket. This is ridiculous. I’ve been dealing with this issue ever since the new app came out. I used to be able to atleast log in after letting it load for 30 minutes. But now I can’t even do that because it keeps giving me an error message 🙄 This is so aggravating, please just fix it 🤦🏻‍♀️

Useless

Would give zero stars if possible. Just wanted to check my HSA balance before paying a medical bill, original app said I needed the new app, new app won’t let me log in. I go through the entire process of calling customer service (because there’s no ‘reset your password’ option) only to be told I have to re-register for my existing account? Even after I do that, VoyaHealthAccountSolutions is still useless, and I can’t even access any HSA information on the website. So I have no idea what my balance is. This company is absolute garbage

Trash app

The one person who put 5 stars disgusts me. Those 5 stars aren’t for Voya. Those are there to congratulate him or herself for “figuring it out.” Yes, Voya is using a new network (HEX HEALTH) and you have to register again. No, this does not excuse Voya for upgrading to garbage. Real talk - An app can function on its own without linking to its servers via a web browser. This one cannot. The new app is just a mini browser that is cell phone compatible; just reveals the lack of effort that went into this. Obviously, Voya offers other banking services and apparently app usability is low on the priority list with health accounts. Really disappointed, but I bet their pockets are full.

Still useless

It’s been close to a year now that VoyaHealthAccountSolutions has been useless. I have to log into my work laptop, scan and upload to the laptop, and then submit any required forms. I cannot check any balances for my accounts unless I am working and do it from my work issued laptop.

Forced to download- doesn’t have pages as displayed in App Store

Update: when I opened VoyaHealthAccountSolutions a day or so later it DID now give me the expected FSA claim pages as in the old app. So apparently it takes some period of time to start working- weird.

VoyaHealthAccountSolutions as downloaded does NOT have the claims pages displayed in VoyaHealthAccountSolutions Store preview. It required me to create a new login and will show me my previous claims but doesn’t have any way to submit a new one. It also says at the top to go to VoyaHealthAccountSolutions Store to download something- that link just takes me back here. What I’m seeing looks more like a web app.

Reregister

For everyone having trouble logging in, you need to register again which will create new credentials to use for log in. Your current/past login for the old app is unlikely to work. Go to the website if VoyaHealthAccountSolutions doesn’t let you register.

It sucks! We were only able to access my husband‘s account once through the app and once we spoke to someone on the telephone. Now you have to jump through hoops to get to someone. My husband works, not at a desk, but out in the field, he doesn’t have time for this and it’s left me unable to pay our medical expenses, which is what putting money aside on this card is supposed to do. Every time I’ve tried to pay for something it’s been rejected. What’s up with that? The one time I spoke to someone the only thing she told me was that they have agents available 24/7 and I really do hope they do because we’re gonna have to call them tonight when my husband finally gets home from work and figure out what’s going on with this why isn’t it paying the bills? I’m really upset and very angry and I know my husband will be too.

The app is impossible and is as gymnastic as is giving them a phone call. I’m the spouse. I’m on the account and should be able to speak to someone. I’ve not been able to use this. It’s been rejected every time I’ve tried to pay a health related expense, which is what this account is supposed to cover. My husband works full-time and doesn’t have the time to stop what he’s doing to go to a phone and try to get through to them. I’m beginning to feel like they’re a bunch of thieves who just want our money and not going to pay our health expense bills, which is what our money is supposed to be going to. We should’ve just started our own account in the bank. This is so dumb. I am so angry. I have dental bills to pay. I have counseling and other medical bills to pay. And this stupid Voya card keeps being denied and I can’t even get in through the call. Talk to someone to answer the question for me. Why I know there’s money on it. I saw it the first time I was able to open the app, haven’t been able to get into it after that and actually once I did speak to someone and they told me they couldn’t tell me anything. My husband had to add me to the account. My husband added me to the account and now they have to eat email him a security code so he can get through not me. Hey, I’m on this too. I’m in such a bad mood. I probably shouldn’t let this review go through, but I’m angry. I’m very very angry and I guess tonight when my husband gets home we’re gonna have to get on the phone and call them as according to the person I spoke to the only time I was able to speak to anyone there she said they had round the clock services so I certainly hope they do because they’re gonna get a piece of mind from both of us. It will be polite, but we’re just upset. Grrr
