Devs please get a better user interface for iPhone users. I have a Max XS using version 16.6.
The original app wouldn't allow pre-orders if there were no deals currently going on. This new app links me to the website after I click on the cart, again not able to use any deals through UncleIkesPotShop itself. No shopping is available that I can tell, so why have UncleIkesPotShop at all?! How is the user supposed to do this?
The Account section has different categories that if clicked on only “hearts” them. What is the function supposed to be here? If there are categories, the logic the user will use is that you can shop them… but you can’t. A wishlist would be great to have if you could wishlist certain items, and not categories. Or perhaps the categories you heart could be at the top for easy shopping but that doesn't happen either.
Ike’s has rolled out at least 2 completely useless apps. If you want customers to use this, you need to make it functional and it’s not. At all.

UncleIkesPotShop crashes on all searches and category changes. It’s been like this for three consecutive updates with no fix. It’s completely unusable garbage. Hire new developers.
Workers are great prices are great but I have over 5000 points that I can’t use They’ve tried to help me numerous times at the White center location I also haven’t been gaining any points for a bit. It shows that I have them now at least up until a month ago. It didn’t even show me that. It shows on my past purchases that I have them but when you go to check out, it says I don’t have any points if that could be fixed that would be great.
Every time I use the ap there like four full screen notifications I have to clear out. Obnoxious. Otherwise fine
UncleIkesPotShop crashes when I try to search and can’t view products, which makes UncleIkesPotShop useless.
Switching product categories leads to nothing found. Stale shopping cart item from a previous checkout causes errors at checkout
Can’t do anything with UncleIkesPotShop but see deals and my points. Would be nice if it was like other weed shop apps and I could place a pre-order online to pick up in store like I can on the website. Don’t really see the point of UncleIkesPotShop. Otherwise, love uncle Ike’s.

I remember the first Ike app like this but didn’t have everything on it! It was a struggle so I’m like not going there until new Ike app. Much better much easier for me to look thru while singing “Lalala”!
