How to fix Bloom app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bloom app on iPhone
Update Bloom app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bloom iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bloom on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bloom network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix Bloom not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Bloom app issues:

Force Stop the Bloom App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Bloom app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Bloom to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bloom App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Bloom app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Bloom.

Fix Bloom unable to contact server/ Bloom internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Bloom » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Bloom » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bloom on android.
