I’m sure there was some item that WTB saw in the old system that made them change, but so far both mobile & desktop experiences have been awful at best. I used to be able to log in & be done in 3-5 minutes max, now no…. The view is not what I want, and I’m having to spend MY time adjusting everything to attempt to get what I’m after. Spent around 15-20 minutes the other morning on the desktop and gave up after being so frustrated and just logged out. But I couldn’t log out as the normal logout location (95% of websites) is upper right, now it’s lower left WTH?? Good thing the IT/OPS did put that in the letter they wrote having to explain the blah blah blah excitement of a new site…horse hockey…. Bad decision by WTB management on this one!

The old app pulled up my checking account as soon as I opened WTBOnline with transactions in view, which is what I’m doing on WTBOnline 99% of the time. WTBOnline has an old checking account on the main page that says closed, and I can’t reorganize the main page to get my current account first. After I scroll through to my account, I then click on transactions. It’s not showing transactions I made this morning, which tells me it’s updating at a slower pace than the old one or it’s not updating at all. It’s more work and I’m frustrated. I spoke to a branch employee about the new app a while ago and he assured me it was user friendly. I don’t agree.

The mobile app used to show you pending transactions the moment you swiped your card through any machine. Now it doesn’t even show atm withdrawals for two days. Thought this was supposed to be an update. We went backwards

Didn’t like that I had to go back and forth between payees to make payments, they use to be all on one screen and you could mark and pay all at same time.

I liked the other system because it always gave me an id number when it was paid. Here I have to just hope I got it correct

Of course, there is always possibility I’m doing the process wrong

Super easy to use!!!! WTBOnline does it all. Really love the way information is displayed and how easy paying my bills is.

The bill pay feature is great. I highly recommend using it.

I have been using WTBOnline for years. Works well and allows me to keep my bank even though I don’t live in Spokane anymore. Still live in the state though and have always liked WaTrust. Gave me loans when I needed them over the years.

This is so easy. Saves me a trip to the bank and hence it is effortless. Wish I’d been using this feature years ago. Thank you WTB.

Superior bank with very professional staff my contact there has been there the whole time I’ve been banking. His name is Jeff LaCoss and I am blessed to have him as my personal banker. All the staff are excellent and attentive. I can’t say enough good things about them and their response to my needs.

The previous app was borderline unusable, and was actually making me consider other options. They clearly heard some feedback, because the new app is great! Overall, big, big improvements on UI and UX. Thank you!

App is super easy to use and I can quickly perform a mobile deposit or transfer. WTB is great bank!!!

Absolutely outstanding. I just payed everyone on about 3 minute. What a time saver.

Much better security features and I appreciate the wood grain or topographic map background as well. Great update. My old wtb app used to glitch all the time.

I love the updates, it’s so convenient!!! It has it all from statements to the new conversation feature, messages, super cool!! The navigation is super easy to operate on cellphone. Thank you, Washington Trust Bank!

Where can I go to schedule them so they don’t pay right away and
I can put a date to be paid by?…….

Washington Trust Bank is by far the best bank in the Inland Northwest. They always provide excellent service no matter if I call or physically go in. I am extremely impressed with the new app and online banking. Great work!

User friendly makes a huge difference

The whole staff at WTB Pullman is so helpful especially Kait who helped get us set up with WTB app to making transferring money a breeze. We also like the fact that they are a locally owned, multi-generation family bank!

I wasn’t sold on using an APP for banking but is much easier and organized for ease of use than I expected. Should have known it would be a good product from Washington Trust.

the whole app is so much better and easier to use. despite some reviews disagreeing, those are the lies of the century the new one is just fabulous. my deposits also load significantly quicker although i don’t know for sure if these two correlate.

I am so impressed with Washington Trust Bank and would recommend them to everyone. Their in person staff and their telephone staff are so helpful whenever I need them. They were so knowledgeable and comforting to me after my husband suddenly passed away. Washington Trust Bank and staff would get 10 stars or more if I could give them.

I’ve been with WTB my whole life, and have been using their old app for the last 5 years. It was great for simple things, but mainly I’d just use a computer for anything intensive. This new app is much more up to par, the security is better, the customization is better, a lot more options and it just flows well.

After switching bank back in the day, we finally settled with Watrust. One of the best things we’ve ever done. And we never looked back.
When some crooks tried to hijack our account, Watrust was right there to get us through everything.
Always friendly. With this bank we feel like a customer, not just a number.
