I’m sure there was some item that WTB saw in the old system that made them change, but so far both mobile & desktop experiences have been awful at best. I used to be able to log in & be done in 3-5 minutes max, now no…. The view is not what I want, and I’m having to spend MY time adjusting everything to attempt to get what I’m after. Spent around 15-20 minutes the other morning on the desktop and gave up after being so frustrated and just logged out. But I couldn’t log out as the normal logout location (95% of websites) is upper right, now it’s lower left WTH?? Good thing the IT/OPS did put that in the letter they wrote having to explain the blah blah blah excitement of a new site…horse hockey…. Bad decision by WTB management on this one!

The old app pulled up my checking account as soon as I opened the app with transactions in view, which is what I’m doing on the app 99% of the time. This app has an old checking account on the main page that says closed, and I can’t reorganize the main page to get my current account first. After I scroll through to my account, I then click on transactions. It’s not showing transactions I made this morning, which tells me it’s updating at a slower pace than the old one or it’s not updating at all. It’s more work and I’m frustrated. I spoke to a branch employee about the new app a while ago and he assured me it was user friendly. I don’t agree.

The mobile app used to show you pending transactions the moment you swiped your card through any machine. Now it doesn’t even show atm withdrawals for two days. Thought this was supposed to be an update. We went backwards
