How to fix TikDown app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TikDown app on iPhone
Update TikDown app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TikDown iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TikDown on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TikDown network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TikDown Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TikDown not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TikDown App
1. On android, goto Settings » TikDown » click [Force Stop]

Update TikDown to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TikDown App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TikDown » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TikDown.

Fix TikDown unable to contact server/ TikDown internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TikDown » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TikDown » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TikDown
