How to fix Picuki app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Picuki app on iPhone
Update Picuki app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Picuki iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Picuki on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Picuki network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Picuki Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Picuki not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Picuki App
1. On android, goto Settings » Picuki » click [Force Stop]

Update Picuki to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Picuki App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Picuki » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Picuki.

Fix Picuki unable to contact server/ Picuki internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Picuki » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Picuki » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Picuki
