Finding an ad-free news app, website..etc is rare these days. The concept of this app is great, however as an IPad user the UI/UX design could use some work as I found the images to be a little too big and overlapped with news “cards”. The option to listen to news is great and the summary is awesome since it makes it easier for me decide whether an article is worth reading. I think there’s a lot of potential with Otherweb!

I’m looking forward to giving this app a try, but I can’t even get started! At least one of the modal windows in the intro guide is too big for an iPhone SE (2G) screen, so the button to advance past it is placed off the screen. Hopefully the devs will fix this quickly, because the app sounds like a great idea. I’m giving it 4 stars out of optimism. 👍🏼
