I don’t know why I expected the app to make any sense when the website itself has been glitchy for YEARS. Upon logging into the app, there’s no option to view or manage rewards, there’s no search function to easily lookup a certain arrangement or arrangement type, and I couldn’t even delete an item from my cart. I used to love Teleflora, but the quality has declined. I’ve had the same issue of being unable to view and use my rewards for years and their tech support basically just gave up on trying to resolve the issue. I downloaded the app hoping that maybe they would have resolved most of the site’s issues within the mobile version by now but NOPE. At this point I’ve given given up on Teleflora.

There are so many poor experiences occurring in this app that I don’t know where to begin.
So you wrote a sweet note to include with your order? If you forgot to complete a field before hitting submit, it’s gone. Trying to send a customer service inquiry? Whoops, the cookies notice is currently blocking out the Send button and there’s no way to dismiss it. I could go on.

I’ve been a Teleflora customer for many years but I’ve been unable to access or use the rewards program. I signed up for it and I receive emails stating how many rewards points I have, but I can’t access my rewards on my account either online or through the app. When I’m logged into my account, I click on my rewards and it asks me to sign into my rewards account but it never takes me there. It’s a never-ending loop. I’ve emailed the company several times and the customer service reps give me the exact same information and tell me to access my rewards the same way I’ve been trying. It does not work! I guess I’m going to have to call and speak with someone to try to resolve the glitch.
