I just do something that’s hard and I’m fine until it crashes then restart 20 minutes of work not well deserved of even 3.5 I think the should make XIMMATRIXManager crash less
I just got my xim matrix in today and I was pretty excited to try it. I updated it and XIMMATRIXManager says the manager is out of date. I went to the link and downloaded the “latest” firmware and it still says the same thing. I literally can’t use it, kinda feel like I just wasted 200 dollars
I got a xim and it wont connect because the firmware is out of date and i troubleshoot it and it requires a pc like why xim some people just dont have a pc so i basically wasted 200 bucks m

i looked up what the white flashing means and it means it’s liking for a console or pc and which literally makes no sense when it’s plugged in to the xbox but it’s not working i did everything correctly and more, could somebody help me fix the white flashing and help with the keyboard not responding to rainbow six siege, my discord is Clea#2846

I updated my xim and it just keeps saying firmware update needed
The XIM is having constant updates & improvements every couple of months, they just never update it for iOS & you need to 3rd party pre-load it which is a pain. Once you have the right update it works flawless though.
Do better guys.
The xim matrix is super hard to set up not a single good video out there that helps you there are a millions places where thing could go wrong and impossible to find help any where it does not pair with your Xbox when I try to search up and trouble shoot my issues there are very little answers that pop up
XIMMATRIXManager is telling me it itself isn’t up to date compared to my matrix
Updates don’t work properly. Always says to “update firmware” but won’t let me do so on IOS until 3 months later when the next update comes out. the xim itself is really easy to setup but XIMMATRIXManager doesn’t work properly. Feels like I wasted 180$. Do better xim..

To everyone having the update problem, you need to download the FLASHFIRMWARE on PC or MAX. Download the TESTFLIGHT link from the XIM technical support page, and it’ll redownload XIMMATRIXManager but to the correct version.
User interface very friendly. I was able to get as good at video games as my good pal Jypra thanks to the Xim Matrix! Thank you XIM Tech!
When I got my XIM matrix I had known that I needed XIMMATRIXManager but, be warned if fsr you can’t get XIMMATRIXManager you XIM won’t work. Super easy to work with but at first quite tricky and should come with some instructions. I’ve only tested the mouse and keyboard connection to Xbox (which works perfect 👌) I haven’t explored no recoil features or aim assist on mouse or any of that. If I try that stuff out I will come back and update the review. Also to edit mouse speed and keybinds is that line with a pencil and swipe to the left or right. Good luck with you XIM reader😁!
Most of the negative reviews are from people who have no idea what they are talking about. If you simply watch a couple videos on it you can get your matrix running in 10ish minutes. Love XIMMATRIXManager super easy to navigate make macros and the smart actions are super nice well done xim🤝
It is a amazing app and easy to use but no way to update the xim through XIMMATRIXManager . I can’t afford a pc so this is highly inconvenient to me and should be changed please.
its not hard to setup i got it a few weeks ago and i set it up within 5 minutes XIMMATRIXManager is user friendly in my opinion
it shows you where everything is i love it for my xbox for siege bo2 gta it gives a mnk experience without having to spend tons on a pc
