Overall the app is decent… but the software is glitchy, pickup and drop locations have been on accurate… you can literally drive by your drop of location en route to pick up another rider and still be dropped of after that rider… the dispatcher William has very poor leadership skills as someone is a position to make judgement calls his judgment is not the best and can definitely use some coaching up regarding conflict resolution and customer service… the customer is always right… not so much with William… do better WeRIDE.

As much as I’m grateful for this service, I’m not sure what’s going on with dispatch. They constantly reroute drivers sometimes more than once, leaving people waiting long periods of time. When someone is disabled and there’s nowhere to sit, this is not a good thing. And the fact that customer service ignores you, is even worse.

I have been riding for about 3-4 months . Wait time is crazy . The 1 minute wait for the passenger should be at least 3 mins . Many riders are ada . Also,this last ride was the third time I was in the same Pacifica van where the back bike rack hasn’t been able to open . Thus,not being able to put my e scooter in . (It’s too skinny to fit in the racks… also folds )
I was denied once because there was a wheelchair Ada rider. I easily could have ridden in the front passenger. I was compensated..but had to wait an additional 20 from the hour I waited . I do love using it as it takes me directly to where I need to go . Easier than navigating the bus and being with the crazies .
