Does not work as advertised

In advertising this app appears to count objects automatically. However, based on many different pictures, it was unable to even come close or work most of the time. I would not waste your money.
This app needs serious improvement.

Tried it with a photograph of books on the shelf (seven). It did not work. Tried it again with a photograph of hat on a wall (six). Did not work again. Perhaps this is one of those that requires the subscription just to be able to do a simple count, but it was not clear.
Not effective

Tried the free version. Tried to use on my bookcases, wide varied of colors. Tested it on the whole case and one shelf. Both performed poorly. For this: you have to ID an object (apparently the paid version does this automatically). But, based on the poor (nonexistent) performance it had, I just deleted the app.
