In advertising CountThingsObjectCounter appears to count objects automatically. However, based on many different pictures, it was unable to even come close or work most of the time. I would not waste your money.
CountThingsObjectCounter needs serious improvement.
Tried it with a photograph of books on the shelf (seven). It did not work. Tried it again with a photograph of hat on a wall (six). Did not work again. Perhaps this is one of those that requires the subscription just to be able to do a simple count, but it was not clear.

Nice idea, but nothing worth buying a subscription to . And worse yet this doesn’t work.
Expensive and honestly was faster to count by hand.
It’s not free nor does it even give you free chances to try it, just another scammy app that can’t charge so they gotta make it seem free to get ya to down load it
App doesn’t count. You have to manually touch each object in the photo. Also wrong, is the photo is not fully displayed. False advertising and application uses.
You have to get the paid version for it to work, you have like five counts total then they make you pay. And even with the five free ones it is not accurate
I was couldnnt get it to accept any template for my flat metal. Picture I used was very clear and there were very distinct rows of metal. I could have counted it by hand 1000 times before I could find a template that would work.
Trying to take a few sample pictures to test this ap out, you’re immediately hit with a full screen paywall page. I can’t test it out to see if it’s even close to accurate.
I tried a test count and it wouldn’t recognize anything. Then it kept prompting me to buy a subscription. So you can’t even test to see if it work’s accurately. I won’t pay to test.
This is priced the best out of the 3 I’ve found but I’m not trying to pay $5 just to see if it works as well as the other 2 when I could just get one free attempt and if it worked I’d happily do a year
Unable to get CountThingsObjectCounter to work at all. Dev is using a google site and gmail for support/ToS which may not be the best indicator of things.
Also, can't get a refund so $40 for literally zero use. Geesh. Read the fine print though.
Tried the free version. Tried to use on my bookcases, wide varied of colors. Tested it on the whole case and one shelf. Both performed poorly. For this: you have to ID an object (apparently the paid version does this automatically). But, based on the poor (nonexistent) performance it had, I just deleted CountThingsObjectCounter .
Bought CountThingsObjectCounter and every time it tries to “count” it just closes CountThingsObjectCounter
