I never signed up for this app and have plenty of money in my account and just noticed they have been taking 55.00 a month for the past 6 months. When i attempted to contact them via online chat, they sent me to a link which they said would charge a refundable 1 dollar and it attempted to charge my bank another 55.00. They did not know i was at the bank when I did this and I showed the banker what they were attempting to charge. My bank immediately blocked the charge. I want justice, who do i contact to get all my money back.

Everything was fine with first couple of advances but my last advance went to Vola virtual card and it just gets declined. I’ve attempted to contact at least 5-6 times with no reaponse.
Never used them. Getting charges from them randomly causing overdraft fees. Someone needs to get this place shut down as I can tell many others are having the same issue.
My advance got sent to a checking account that is no longer open. It’s the same bank and everything just a different account number. I did not receive the funds for the advance because of this. How can this be fixed?
hell vola keeps going in my account and taking money out and I canceled the subscription and now im being charged over draft fees I need this problem handled and my money reversed back into my account. also I had applyfor 15.00 and I never received the money …..but it said processed but I never got the cash I canceled my subscription and I was still be charged..2.99 and plus I got hit with a 33.00 dollar over draft fee I need this issue taken care of as soon as possible.....Thanks Jamiere moore

I've been trying to contact vola for 2 months now and still have gotten no response. I tried opening a vola account but accidentally put in an extra letter on my email address making it invalid. I've been trying to close that account and set up a new one that I can actually use

Purchased their $40 tier for 6.99 a month. I advanced one $40 (I’m allowed 12) and then paid it back on time. I go to request another $40 for the next month but says there is a 5 day cool off period before requesting another. That it’s still processing. It’s been removed from the bank and from pending too. Today, four days later, they charged me the 6.99 monthly fee but still I’m unable to get another advance. I’ll be taking the next action available to me if after the 5 days I’m unable to get the advance.
They keep taking 6$ out of my account and I don’t even get advances from them can’t get rid of them but I am About to report them for fraud

I needed a small loan so I downloaded the Vola App from the Apple App store. Boy was that a mistake. Within one week Vola had withdrew a fee that I did not authorize, over drafting my bank account. With weeks of no communication from customer service, they finally sent me a one-lined email that did not address my concerns at all. I had asked them multiple times to close my account due to the unauthorized charge. No responses about this from Vola. A few weeks later I noticed another unauthorized withdraw from Vola on my bank account..... So within the course of downloading the Vola App for less than a month I experienced the following... 1. Two non-authorized withdraws from Vola 2. An overdraft fee that occurred due to Vola's non-authorized withdrawal. 3. No end in sight to when I will be able to close my Vola account (unlink my bank account from their servers- it's still linked and they wont let me remove it), receive a reimbursement for the money that they frauded me out of... It is 20x worse that these fraudulent withdrawals and predatory tactics are coming from a company that claims to cater to low-income populations with the goal of improving their finances..

I reported this to the Attorney General office because they have given me one payout of 40-That was supposed to go into my bank account but they ended up doing it to the virtual card. I have not been able to use the card after I spent $20 of it. To make things worse have charged me the 6.99 membership fee no matter how many times I tell them to stop doing it and they have withdrawn $40 from my account three different times my personal checking account. When I have only gotten to actually spend $20 of an advance when I reached out to them not only were they rude they told me to take five days to cool down and pulled another payment out of my account. I am taking this to the top I cannot believe how rude they are being and how awful and disgusting they are I am a single mom fighting a court battle right now for my child and really need every penny I hope they feel bad about themselves they should be so ashamed

I hadn’t had any problems with this app whatsoever. But one day I received an email saying that my account had been locked for fraudulent activity and were requesting I submit proof of who I was. I sent them a picture of my Id and was told by one rep over email that he’d notify the right people that me I’d was received so I’d have access again. Well nothing has changed. I’ve been emailing them, I even resent my id, contacted them at their direct line and left voicemails and even wrote to them on IG. I’ve tried to reset my password but get message that my email doesn’t exist. Yet when I try to log in using the same email account it says that my account has a hold and to submit a copy of my ID to unlock my account. No one has yet to contact me back and it’s getting really frustrating. Not a good way to treat your customers.
