After collecting all of my information I had started calling to see when I was going to be able to pick up a job just to be told that the only job locations as of now are in Texas and that they can’t disclose the information on when the contracts would spread to a different variety of people. Don’t waste your time like I did! They should currently have written on Switch that their only location is Texas!

Appears to be some sort of scam where they collect personal information. Unable to chat with anyone. Profile is not verified after weeks. When I called, I was told they were behind because of the holidays. What’s the excuse now?

I tried to sign up, but when it asked for my license type, it would not allow me to select anything.

App only says, no shift’s available? I can not pull away from that screen. I know there are available because a facility told me they started posting there???

This company app is a complete waste of time no jobs available in my area but yet they are advertising jobs in my area.

The update keeps glitching. I cannot see any shifts because the screen is blinking on and off. Please fix this.

Can’t pick anything up because the link to Branch to get paid doesn’t work. Been emailing back and forth over a week and they still haven’t fixed it.

I have worked on several nurse staffing platforms and they all feel robotic. this app is different - they reached out to me immediately to see what kind of work I was interested in. After a pretty easy onboarding process, I was able to pick up work the next day. And best thing, I got paid within 30 minutes of finishing my shift. I’ve had several phone calls with my account manager who checks in on me and asks how things are going. Switch is great but the best part is the people genuinely care about you!
