Hi. I have excellent GPS data yet the app keep losing all my data. It showed all my runs this morning when I checked at lunch today, yet this afternoon all my data is has disappeared. Please Advise.

How to fix Slopes app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Slopes app on iPhone
Update Slopes app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Slopes iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Slopes on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Slopes network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Slopes Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Slopes not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Slopes App
1. On android, goto Settings » Slopes » click [Force Stop]

Update Slopes to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Slopes App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Slopes » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Slopes.

Fix Slopes unable to contact server/ Slopes internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Slopes » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Slopes » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Slopes
