My kids are Negative in their accounts , when they transferred to a different school in November my kids have free lunch from their new school. my kids was + in their account before going to the new school. please explain to me why this is happening ?

Needs updates and better security

Honestly this app is not good. It is buggy. If you add something to an the cart you better darn well want it because you can’t remove it. Last update was 8 months ago.
Secondly, how do you have an app dealing with money and not have Face ID security or 2FA in 2024? Use Apple Pay or something.
