Can’t change cars

I had the app linked to an old car. I bought a new car. The app won’t let me delete the old license plate number because “you need to have at least one linked LPN”, but it also won’t let me add my new license plate number because “you have exceeded the maximum number of LPN”. So now I have $16 locked up in my account that I can’t use anymore because I can only pay for parking for a car I no longer own.

If I could rate this app zero stars, I would. I have an account which I can log into via the website but the app just keeps telling me “wrong login details” and when I click to change my password, it doesn’t recognize my email. This app is useless.
