I did not authorize my debit card to be used I need to cancel and have my funds returned to my account immediately or I will be making a report

Not able to use Familo app as the moment I enter email address, it shows as no internet connection, despite having broadband service. Please help

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Familo app issues:

Force Stop the Familo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Familo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Familo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Familo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Familo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Familo.

Fix Familo unable to contact server/ Familo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Familo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Familo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Familo on android.
