5 months agoI cancel my account well in time not to be charged anymore money. Yet you charged me 39.99. I canceled my subscription and deleted the app well before you was supposed to charge more. I want my money back. This is wrong, taking people money. If you really have 5m subscribers you shouldent need to take from people. I cant afford for you to take this money. It's not yours to take

Literally useless
This app has not worked in over a year. You can’t update anyone on the map, the alerts don’t go off for weeks and then you suddenly get multiple old notifications at once, it is completely useless. The support doesn’t respond for several weeks after you request help, and then ask a bunch of irrelevant questions that don’t resolve anything. There isn’t a better app that I’ve found, but that doesn’t mean you should download this one. Save yourself the space on your phone; this is the digital equivalent of a paperweight.

Used to work.
It used to work but for the past couple of months it doesn’t work. It will try to locate my family members but without fail 100% of the time now says it can’t. When my family comes home it’ll send me a notification that they’ve arrived a few hours after the fact. I upgraded to the full version hoping it would fix the issues but zero improvement so now I have buyers remorse to top it off. Considering it doesn’t show where anyone is once they leave the house, it’s pretty worthless. So disappointed.

Simply doesn’t work
Either my spouse has an iPhone that every single control is set to work, or there’s a nifty cheat cheating switch to turn on. He has it clearly set to be seen, he’s connected to either WiFi or data, and it cannot locate his last location from being at home several days earlier. I know he’s been right in front of my eyes and he’s invisible.
