I’ve submitted my request and got an email from a nurse telling me she tried calling me. Nothing on the caller ID, no voicemail.

When calling back, it always goes to voicemail. No call back yet.

Not something I would expect when the company charges $4,000 for the service (if your employer does not pay for it). I do not recommend.

App Doesn’t work properly

I’ve tried several times to input my enrollee ID number as directed when I was activating my account and the app will not open up my keyboard when I tap in the input box for enrollee ID. I’ve deleted the app reinstalled it and it’s the same thing I’ve tried several times and none of them have worked.

Valuable Use of Medical Resources

While I was hesitant to go this digital route of a 2nd opinion, I’m very happy I continued with it. The RN staff kept me on course with signing over & obtaining medical records to share with the specialist I was able to choose. With a couple of phone calls with my RN, I felt she got a good “feel” for me and was able to suggest a specialist that had both a strong medical background and a wellness mindset, which was very important to me. His Accupuncture licensure clued me in to a Doctor with Eastern & Western approaches to medicine.

I would use this service again and I imagine this service becoming more popular
