Im shocked how bad this is

It’s 2021 and I’m shocked to see such a badly designed app these days. The website is a mess and there you need to read a pdf to login?? Are you serious?? Speechless.

Terrible!!!

There is no way to cancel this service! Total scam.

No! No! Stay away! Rip Off!

Now that I have your attention...

Paid the hefty subscription, because I hoped it would be worth it. I got one full edition, and the free editions are all PREVIEWS of full editions, and a great deal of those are ads (because, you know, I really want a preview of ads.) BritishJournalofPhotography suggests I sign onto the website, but it does not recognize my email. I wrote customer service, which was no help, but it a tony British sort of way.

Then I bought a new iPad. Now the site doesn't recognize me as a subscription holder at all, and I have no way of getting on the web site to fix it, and no reason to think customer service will deliver any.

Terrible terrible. Either deliberately a rip off, or simply incompetent. Save your money.

A Terrific App and Magazine

App works great. All the features seem flawless. The magazine is, of course, a classic so you can't miss by subscribing. The store was a bit confusing but, in the end, I prevailed. A keeper.

OMG. *A* List, Top Drawer reading, not to be missed.

The very best photography magazine app, bar none. Smart, gorgeous, awesome. Thank you BJP, keep the faith and keep those of us working at the art inspired.

Fraud. Subscribe to print edition

I had a similar experience as the other reviewer. Was not able to access full issues despite paying $60+. Many attempts to reach BJP and Apple with one unhelpful response from BJP (nothing to do with us) and zero from iTunes/Apple. Do not attempt to subscribe to BJP app for full editions.

Read terms before subscribing

The iPad and iPhone editions are completely separate subscriptions. Paying for one will get you nowhere on the other. Consider your reading habits before you choose.
