Contrary to some critiques written previously, this paper is an exceptionally good one both in content as in presentation. It seems there is a trend to publish plain PDF files in bad wrapper apps and call it an ePaper. Though font scaling would be nice, this is an interactive paper with a number of features that optimize the reading experience for tablets. Many other publications just don't bother anymore these days.
