This is only the first version, so I'm sure they're still working out the kinks and glitches. I use MySam online to login into two different leagues and view my game schedules, check standings and RSVP for matches. Needless to say, I was excited to see the mobile app so I could access this info on-the-go. Still, I have to say I'm disappointed. bottom-line: I logged into one league, and now I'm unable to logout. I'm stuck on one team page for one league. If there's a way navigate away, it's not obvious or intuitive. I thought perhaps I could just login again to get to the second league, but I can't even figure out how to logout of the app to begin with. I'm hoping with the next update, some of this stuff gets fixed.

Can’t checkout anything. Keep getting an error message: “An error has occurred, please make sure all required information is filled out”. No field are empty that I can see. Have tried both the web page and the app same thing on both. Maybe making sure you have proper QA smoke testing for your RCs before releasing. Also how about a bit more details in the error messages rather than a vague message which means nothing. I don’t need quirky loading messages such as “Contacting Mothership...” would prefer a working core experience instead. Would go far to improve the customer experience.

Won’t keep me logged in (yes, that’s even with that option selected!), so I have to stand there looking like an idiot and wasting valuable workout time fumbling around to log back in. You also have to click THREE times to even find your membership card, and then it only scans half the time.
It’s supposed to be “more convenient” than swiping a card and I call bullst. Fix the app or get rid of it. PS. Why can’t we just have a pass in our passbook? Now THAT would be easier...
