Constant crashes, never remembers who you are and you have to power off your phone and restart if you ever want to access it again. Arguably the worst “app” I have in my phone. I use it for my soccer schedules but I’d rather almost just miss my games at this point instead of having to suffer MemberDash.

All the information is available on MemberDash , but having to log in every time you tap on it is frustrating. If you leave MemberDash for any length of time, you must swipe it away, tap on MemberDash again and log in again. I also believe the RSVP system is to many clicks.

This is only the first version, so I'm sure they're still working out the kinks and glitches. I use MySam online to login into two different leagues and view my game schedules, check standings and RSVP for matches. Needless to say, I was excited to see the mobile app so I could access this info on-the-go. Still, I have to say I'm disappointed. bottom-line: I logged into one league, and now I'm unable to logout. I'm stuck on one team page for one league. If there's a way navigate away, it's not obvious or intuitive. I thought perhaps I could just login again to get to the second league, but I can't even figure out how to logout of MemberDash to begin with. I'm hoping with the next update, some of this stuff gets fixed.

Can’t checkout anything. Keep getting an error message: “An error has occurred, please make sure all required information is filled out”. No field are empty that I can see. Have tried both the web page and MemberDash same thing on both. Maybe making sure you have proper QA smoke testing for your RCs before releasing. Also how about a bit more details in the error messages rather than a vague message which means nothing. I don’t need quirky loading messages such as “Contacting Mothership...” would prefer a working core experience instead. Would go far to improve the customer experience.

Won’t keep me logged in (yes, that’s even with that option selected!), so I have to stand there looking like an idiot and wasting valuable workout time fumbling around to log back in. You also have to click THREE times to even find your membership card, and then it only scans half the time.

It’s supposed to be “more convenient” than swiping a card and I call bulls&#t. Fix MemberDash or get rid of it. PS. Why can’t we just have a pass in our passbook? Now THAT would be easier...

App still looks like it is only for and older phone. MemberDash does not even look like and app. It looks more like a website on the phone. MemberDash needs a modern feel and you should not have to click several times to get what you need. The also should have a way to sign in with Face ID. App will not stay logged in, despite the fact that I checked the box for it to do so. It is nice, however, to be able to access Dash account on my phone.

Every time I open MemberDash , I have to sign in again, even when I mark the box, “remember me”, ugh!! Then, if you go back to MemberDash idk like 20 mins later, it’s a white screen so you have to close it and sign back in AGAIN!!
The worst and most frustrating app! Fix your problems.
My soccer center uses MemberDash to manage teams and see game schedules. They should reconsider using something else!

Not only does MemberDash seem like a simple wrapper around their website. I'm unfortunate enough that this very basic platform is being used by my hockey league as well as my son's soccer league. But I can't have the same account for both leagues like in every other app. I need to create two accounts with the same email and keep login in and login or if I want to switch anything.

I hate being forced to use this platform.

The website does not support main browsers without figuring out certain quirks (unchecking sms texts) making it confusing to register. Once registered you can not add another parent requiring an admin to make parent child associations. The ability to manage two leagues doesn’t exist and when you try you get a invalid token error. And you’re stuck. Completely unusable.

This might very well be the worst app I’ve ever used. We are now forced to use it for our sporting facility and it’s almost bad enough to make me want to quit coming here. The UI is too small for touch, but that doesn’t matter because 95% of the time the functionality doesn’t work anyway. The idea was there ... the execution needs a lot of work.

MemberDash needs a logout/login and/or a refresh button, otherwise when changes happen to your schedule or roster, you would never know that it happened. I added a player to my roster and then went to MemberDash , but it doesn't show them on my team. I had to force quit MemberDash by hitting the home button twice, which re-logs you in to the system, then I could see the added player. Also, I cannot see my wife on the family section, but I can see my son. If at the last minute your game is changed, you'd never know, because it doesn't update everytime you go to MemberDash . Maybe a "refresh" button is needed?

Every time I log in it has the wrong facility. Suddenly all of the upcoming games for our team are no longer displaying and we have to look them up by date in order to find the scheduled game time.

There is no reason to use this without auto-save password and keychain integration. Safari does the same and can remember your password.

Also need Apple Wallet cards on Watch for member IDs to display at rink when you don’t want to carry your phone for risk of loss, theft or damage.

MemberDash is great for communication with the team and the RSVP option is a wonderful way to know who will be at each game. However, for some reason it will no longer keep me logged in.... even when the option is selected..... PLEASE FIX!!!!

I like MemberDash, I like downloading the schedule to my phone, ability to pay league fees from MemberDash , and I like all the content.
Two problems. One, there is no "back" button inside MemberDash , and therefore anytime you look at something, if you want to look at something else you have to go all the way back to the homepage and start over. Second issue, MemberDash hangs a lot. Just looking at various things in MemberDash makes it gives the spinning wheel (and hang) and then it never comes back. Even exiting and re-entering MemberDash doesn't help. I have to literally turn off my phone and turn it back on.
Both issues are super annoying. Please address if possible, as I really love MemberDash and use it frequently. Thanks!

This was the last app on my phone to not fit the X/XR/11 screen shape, so good on you guys for finally adding that a couple weeks ago. PLEASE add a back button in MemberDash . There is no way to navigate back to a previous page without hitting Home, and then navigating through all the links to get there. Easily a 5 star app if you add that.

Looks like the issues have been fixed in recent reviews.

Good for quickly looking up my schedule

I have seen so many comments on MemberDash, mostly negative and I can’t seem to understand why. It’s worked so good for me since I’ve had it, was able to fully register my full team, pay the fees, check the team table and communicate with my team as well. A very well round app!

Don't listen to the guy below me he's a joke. MemberDash is fine.

I have not used a bad app like this in years. It is horrible. I cannot believe our arenas are forcing us to use an app that was obviously not tested. If (if) you have a choice DO NOT waste time with MemberDash.

I think MemberDash is great except for one MAJOR flaw. Once you look at one player profile, you can't switch back to the others. With multiple kids playing sports, this makes MemberDash almost useless to me.

The ability to stay signed in stopped working 2-3 weeks ago. Now MemberDash won’t allow login at all without deleting and reloading. And then only 1 login session works before issue repeats itself
