Purchased and it shows as an active subscription, but NYJetsConfidential still says I’ve not subscribed. And I’m not able to ask for help. Guess I paid money for nothing
App cannot open, says developer needs to update. So what, I’ve purchased a subscription but can’t see the magazine?
I have the $79.95 subscription and get access to a website that has the Jets Confidential logo. Unfortunately I have to login every single time I visit the site to read the Whispers, etc… which is annoying. You should remember me. But worse, there’s no access to the magazine I paid for and I’m not receiving it in the mail either. Then there’s another app on which I always accessed the magazine. However now, you’re demanding $3.99 and telling me I have to subscribe even though I’m already a subscriber. My login seems to work there, you call me by name, but seem to have no idea I paid. I’m only receiving the Whispers and other articles you provide daily. Please straighten this out ASAP. You’re stealing my money.
