Simply put, this app is terrible. The functionality offered through the app vs. the website is extremely limited. Iโ€™m rarely able to successfully navigate a ticket via the mobile app. This place s one of those cases where having no mobile app would be better than the current offering.

Thereโ€™s really no excuse that the app runs this poorly. The product is supposedly for professional services. I constantly have to restart the app to create and respond to tickets, there are missed notifications and I cannot select several categories at once when setting filters. With all the amazing apps out there performing complicated tasks semi-flawlessly, this is purely lack of effort.

Ability to navigate? Dream on!

It is truly a shame as their web product is amazing. I test drove this app for a day and wanted to scream. Pay some unemployed developer to get your app up to speed with your core product.
