I have a problem with Message+

User reports:
No current problems

- Glitchy and may shut off in the middle of typing

- Doesn't always notify with the person's name

- Shows the person's number instead of their saved name in the phone

- Doesn't play nice with the native messages app

- Can't see messages from iPhone users who use iMessage on the app

- Gets two notifications per message when it isn't an iPhone user

- When receiving a notification, only shows the phone number and not the name of the person who texted.

To resolve Message+ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Message+ App
1. On android, goto Settings » Message+ » click [Force Stop]

Clear Message+ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Message+ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Message+.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Message+ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Message+ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Message+
