Barcode Scan to Web Reviews

BarcodeScantoWeb use to be great for scanning QR codes but this new updates doesn’t allow me to scan multiple QR codes or scan QR codes on a phone. An error pops up every other scan and it doesn’t go away. Needs to be fixed

The interface is pretty painful, doesn’t look nice, but I was willing to look past it because it was a one time fee, well now they ask for a monthly subscription fee. It’s a joke. You have to pay the subscription fee for every device that uses it. I’m moving on, not an app worth paying monthly fees for.

There are bugs with the zoom feature and the submit on scan feature. These keep it from working for my website. Save your money for something else.

BarcodeScantoWeb was desirable with a flat fee. We developed apps to use it in our organization and intended to buy many additional copies. And now suddenly, a monthly fee subscription model -- for an app that we needed no changes to. We're moving on.

Does it's job very well. Only complaint is it doesn't support the iPhone 6/6s or plus screen sizes. The keyboard just zooms which makes typing harder.

This program has been wonderful for our company. We also have used the scan to spreadsheet app. It's very easy to use data to update databases and rework it with php as needed.

BarcodeScantoWeb is very good for some custom web apps we use in my retail store. No more proprietary scanners, just iPhones and a $2.99 app.
A great feature though, would be if the field can default to 'barcode entry'. Instead, the user has to click the little barcode icon each time. One extra click, no biggie.

These guys are very responsive.

With their help, we figured out a way to scan barcodes effortlessly to google sheets with only 1 button push between scans.

If something isn't working for you, ask for help.

I was looking into purchasing expensive software for our inventory. I did some research and came across BarcodeScantoWeb. It works beautifully!

Exactly what I needed! I was able to inventory 300 computers in a few minutes. The only thing better than BarcodeScantoWeb is how quickly they respond with support to clarify questions. Highly recommend BarcodeScantoWeb.

I started using Barcode Scan to Web a few years ago when developing a home grown inventory system for tracking groceries. It works flawlessly with Gsuite (Forms, Sheets) and scan barcodes and QR codes flawlessly...not to mention lightning fast. The developer is super responsive to questions and feedback and cares deeply about the user experience. I cannot speak highly enough of this tool. If you are in need of a tool that can scan barcodes and or QR codes, this is a must!!!

I just set up a Google a Form page and linked it to a Google Spreadsheet. We can use this for attendee check in and now have multiple check in points and anyone on our team can access the spreadsheet. Combined with a Google web tools this is an even more powerful app! Kudos to the designer! The instructions are a little tricky, but stick with it and you'll be glad. Good luck!

Frankly this is my first time giving review for app. I am so impressed that i want to give review to this. We have multiple clients using scan to web without any issues. Moreover support is very quick and helpful. Recently we have unique issue with usps scans and developer went to the extent of verifying, testing and releasing a update to fix it. They are always responsive to any questions i ask on behalf of our clients.

This thing is great. I use it to scan Dell computer service tag barcodes and inventory barcodes into Google Forms. It scans very quick and accurately, has a reference line to make it easier to line up the barcode, and has a fantastic confirmation beep and green indicator line to signify it has read the barcode. Would like to see an updated browser user interface in the future and provisions for locking BarcodeScantoWeb via passcode or Touch ID would be nice to prevent unintended inventory access.

I had a approximate 200 device inventory to get done. Each device has a factory barcode, a company property barcode and a barcode for the facility it's in. So three scans per device pulse a couple of "notes" fields. Years past it was done with a laptop and USB barcode scanner. Last year I lightened my load by swapping the laptop with a ChromeBook. Helped but not best. This year I used my iPhone and BarcodeScantoWeb pushing results right to a Google Sheet.

Worked as well as I could have hoped. BarcodeScantoWeb did everything I expected and had a few pleasant surprises in it.

BarcodeScantoWeb works perfectly with Google Sheets and the upgrades are worth the subscription.

I wanted to design a form to scan student IDs for bathroom breaks. I downloaded BarcodeScantoWeb and began researching how to do it. Andy was great! I sent him several emails and he walked me through the process and sent me helpful videos. It works! Now we’re trying to implement it school wide. Thank you, Andy!

I have been using Barcode Scan to Web for well over a year. The developer is very fast to respond to any questions I have had, and continuously supports his application. Barcode Scan to Web has been instrumental in the success of one of my ongoing projects. It has given me the ability to bring my concept from an idea to a workable process.
