Worst experience ever!!!

I did a trial of this app and was never able to use it bc it froze up every time. This was on a new iphone. I was signed up automatically for $81 and unable to get a refund. The apple site sent me to the app directly which took weeks to get a reply. They sent me back to Apple who said they were unable to refund me. I am now the owner of an $81 app that is unusable. The Apple supervisor was so rude after I spent 40 mins getting through an automated system and totally unapologetic about being unwilling to assist me. Dealing with Apple has become just like dealing with the big cable companies. I will be switching away from these products immediately!! What crooks!
Recurring restore issues

This app is cute when it works. However I constantly have to “restore” the app on my phone so that it works on the kids iPads. Which is just inconvenient if I am busy or not home. I tried multiple times to restore from their iPads and it just doesn’t work. No error messages or anything. I finally just tried it from my phone where I had downloaded it originally and it worked... sometimes. When it’s restored it works for maybe a day or two then needs restored again. My kids just stopped playing it because it hardly ever works when they open it. I have an iPhone Xs Max and their iPads are only a year old. I ensure all our devices are updated as well. I will be canceling the subscription.
Paid for one year subscription and stopped working

Our son loves this app so we paid the $48 for the year and it stopped letting us access all the features he loves and states we need to pay. Our subscription doesn’t expire until March 2024.
Can we please get some assistance with this issue? Other than the issue of paying and not receiving what we bought, we’d be giving this 5 stars.
