I did a trial of Zoolingo and was never able to use it bc it froze up every time. This was on a new iphone. I was signed up automatically for $81 and unable to get a refund. The apple site sent me to Zoolingo directly which took weeks to get a reply. They sent me back to Apple who said they were unable to refund me. I am now the owner of an $81 app that is unusable. The Apple supervisor was so rude after I spent 40 mins getting through an automated system and totally unapologetic about being unwilling to assist me. Dealing with Apple has become just like dealing with the big cable companies. I will be switching away from these products immediately!! What crooks!

Zoolingo is cute when it works. However I constantly have to “restore” Zoolingo on my phone so that it works on the kids iPads. Which is just inconvenient if I am busy or not home. I tried multiple times to restore from their iPads and it just doesn’t work. No error messages or anything. I finally just tried it from my phone where I had downloaded it originally and it worked... sometimes. When it’s restored it works for maybe a day or two then needs restored again. My kids just stopped playing it because it hardly ever works when they open it. I have an iPhone Xs Max and their iPads are only a year old. I ensure all our devices are updated as well. I will be canceling the subscription.

Our son loves Zoolingo so we paid the $48 for the year and it stopped letting us access all the features he loves and states we need to pay. Our subscription doesn’t expire until March 2024.

Can we please get some assistance with this issue? Other than the issue of paying and not receiving what we bought, we’d be giving this 5 stars.

Love Zoolingo! A lot of different toddler games and different languages which is great for kids to learn independently. The only thing I would improve is the finickyness of the puzzle game; my son had trouble getting the pieces into the spot and got discouraged. However, I think the puzzles could be good as kids games. The games seem to be more games for toddlers but my older kids enjoyed it too!

Useful app for kids puzzle games. It is an educational application and includes alot of preschool puzzles that make the learning experience prime for all younger kids. On a side note, it is entertaining and easy to follow for independent child use without an adult to help along. These are free kids puzzles and you are not required to purchase anything.

My toddler loves Zoolingo. She's right at the point where she is starting to learn to write, so Zoolingo is a great game and teaching tool at the same time. She has a bit of difficulty with it, but her big sister loves to help her as well, and it's a great practice of patience for her too. I love that the two of them can work together and learn at the same time. High recommended app!!

The “this app” application is an amazing, interactive game for toddlers/kids. The purpose of Zoolingo is to teach, identify, and differentiate the necessary basic skills they will potentially need as they grow. There are baby games such as nursery rhymes and for the kids games, puzzles, shapes, coloring actives, alphabet, and more! These toddler games will definitely increase their knowledge and on top of that...it’s so much fun! Awesome application!

If you're looking for games for toddlers, look no further than this awesome app. Zoolingo is super educational and fun at the same time and offers lots of baby games and toddler games that are sure to keep their attention. The multi-language support is great, as everyone of different languages can play these kids games and enjoy them.

I love this free kids puzzles app for two reasons: I am a babysitter and this can entertain children, and I am learning Arabic so even though I’m an adult it can teach me some words. I am impressed how the baby puzzles are in so many languages. These are perfect preschool puzzles because they are age appropriate and the layout is colorful and fun. Thank you for making this!

Great app. It offers creative learning games for toddlers. The next time I babysit my niece, I’m going to see if she wants to play. I haven’t looked into many other toddler games apps yet, so I don’t have a lot to compare to, but I’m very pleased with the quality of content in this one. I really like that you can choose between different languages.

I was looking for a preschool games free app and I came across Zoolingo. It is very lovely baby puzzles game which your kids can choose to learn many different languages by playing with preschool puzzles designed for their age. They can easily learn body part bu solving and playing with kids puzzle game while an enjoyable music is playing on the background. Highly recommended

These are great games for toddlers. I downloaded it to check it out for my little one and the next day he was on the iPad playing with it on his own, I didn’t even show him. I love the fact that it has different languages as well. If you are looking for toddler games or baby games, try this one. Great nursery rhymes with visuals. It has a lot of my child’s favs. Thanks this app!

Interesting interactive games for toddlers. Works well for moms who need to keep their children’s attention, especially since it contains multiple baby games that can be chosen and switched immediately. Seems to be a good match for my son, age 3. It even includes multiple language options which is good if you want to teach your child spanish early on. Includes 10 different nursery rhyme based games. Will recommend to my friends who need to find games for toddlers, as there is a lot of variety and in Zoolingo and my son who has ADD loved it.

I believe Zoolingo is a great addition to the baby app world. The baby games are actually pretty fun. As an adult I felt that some of the kids puzzles were challenging but I like that you cannot get the answer wrong, it just corrects you instantly. That will help children be encouraged to continue playing the preschool games and feel confident about getting the answer right.

I paid for a full year of Zoolingo since my autistic child likes it. It has not worked properly since ios 16 came out. It lags and constantly freezes on a brand new iPad. The last time it was updated was 2 years ago. Yet they still charge almost $100 a year.

I enjoy this game a lot, not only for kids but for those who want to play for fun. This is a great app for kids to learn abc letters and numbers, which is very educational. There are free kids puzzles which gives them opportunity to recognize the animals and objects. The mini baby games are entertaining and help those to learn and improve their memories. I highly recommend this game for kids to learn!

If you have kids and are interested in games for toddlers that will act as a tool to develop their brains you’re going to love this game. This kids game helps your child work on his memory and analytical skills. You may think these baby games don’t actually offer any improvements to your child’s mind but give it a try and after playing for 1 hour see how you feel 9/10.

I’m pretty impressed with the quality of this game. I have a toddler that’s just reached learning phase, and she seems to really enjoy this game. It has a lot of different kids puzzles that can keep my toddler entertained for a long time, especially the mathlingo kids games. You need subscription to access more puzzles, but the selection of free puzzles can still keep your child entertained for a long time. Definitely one of the best preschool games I’ve downloaded!

Out of most baby games on Zoolingo Store, my child likes this one the most because he loves the monkey character! (Lol) I’m happy he like this kids games because it’s actually teaching him something too. Unlike other toddler games which are almost pointless. Definitely recommend Zoolingo.
