Unable to add a credit card, support is bad

I wasn’t able to rent anything as I could not proceed to add a payment method into the app. I contacted the support, got a response asking me more details. I answered and since then nothing. The whole user experience is overall pretty bad with lots of places in the app where you have to scratch your head to discover what you are supposed to do. This is disappointing as there are some good things there.

La pire des expériences! Ne surtout pas utiliser cette app! Tout était arranger pour une location de voiture et après avoir confirmé 45mn avant la prise de voiture, la location est annulée sans explication 6mn avant l’heure de rdv! Et en plus ils m’ont piqué de l’argent alors que je n’ai même pas pu utiliser leur service! Jamais
WORST APP EVER, THEY ARE THIEVES! DO NOT USE THEM, UNRELIABLE SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND STEAL MONEY EVEN WHEN REFUND IS DONE. DONT GET FOOLED!
