The app does not allow users to download any useful chart data. There is no logic to the way it selects the portion of the chart to download, and users cannot drag the boundaries of the selection to choose what they want to download. When users try to download a portion of a chart, they get an error saying they can only select a 10 diagonal mile portion of a chart. The app is completely useless and deserves 0 stars. Additionally, the reviewer tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it did not work.
