February 2018: Found no way to login to my original account using my new phone to restore the credits I had. App deleted.
June 2017: First, am highly disappointed that I have to deal with ads when I had purchased AstrawareCasino. I am glad there's an update but although nothing significant. Disappointed I lost all my chips that were stored in the bank. It wasn't my fault because I could not get the bank to withdraw my chips; instead, it was reset to zero. Won't go back to play after this bad experience nor do I want to deal with ads in AstrawareCasino I purchased. Lowers my rating.

Make the interface capable of multiplayer and more socially interactive. Gets bored fast playing alone. Potential to be better!! As big a name Astraware is, I am surprised they are not keeping up with the iOS shift or has this company folded? Update, update!

I bought this game many years ago and played it a lot. Good games, but why do I now have to pay for it again to get the features I already paid for?

Casino HD claims that if you own the original, it will recognize that and unlock the "high roller" for-pay features. However, this recognition doesn't work for some reason, and high-roller continually prompts me for purchase, despite the fact that I own the original 'Casino' (which is now unavailable, consequently).

I've worked with Astraware on trying to get this resolved, but they've stopped responding to me altogether. Poor product and awful customer support. Give your money to a company that doesn't ignore its customers.

I've had AstrawareCasino for years and used to play all the time, restored it on every new phone I bought, but life got in the way and I hadn't played it in a while until today. Open AstrawareCasino and the ATM that I had put $6,000,000 in was reset to $200 and the $100,000 I had in my wallet was back to $1,000. Most of the games are locked out as are the higher betting levels and there are obnoxious and intrusive ads that open AstrawareCasino Store and play music/sounds. To unlock what I had access to before and get rid of the ads? $4.99... No thanks, I'm not paying for AstrawareCasino a second time. Deleted.

Failure to display card faces in solitaire.

About once every 40-50 hands, the game indicates the wrong winner. It just showed a 10 high straight tying a Jack high straight.
Pitiful.

I’ve played AstrawareCasino for years and years. But I quit as you locking the bets awhile ago took the fun out of it.

And still asking me to buy it again for no reason!

Don’t even waste your time with this. Really put limits on every game even though you’re using fake money? Makes no sense

App is a total cheat. Cards are not random. Report them into bankruptcy. Disgusting pieces of crap. Horrible disgusting company. Apple needs to ban them now. Why has this company not been banned and bankrupted? They are disgusting pieces of crap, and all users need to delete and report.

In this latest update, your winnings do not accumulate. Each time AstrawareCasino is restarted, the winnings are reset to the amount you had when you upgraded. This goes the same for any winnings you attempt to save to the bank. I guess my quest to win a billion dollars is over.

Hello: I had the VIP on my old I PAD I just purchased a new I PAD and I transferred all of my game to my new I PAD now I can’t get into my game where I left off. Plus I was mad to update this game and now I have to spend another $4.99 for VIP to unlock when I have already paid I have been playing this game for many years. Please restore my VIP

I’ve had AstrawareCasino for a long time. So long I forgot when I even paid for it, but the fact I don’t have ads shows me that I paid for it.

I’ve recently been locked out of most games saying that I have to upgrade and pay $5.

How about I just go ahead and delete this now. I’ll find another app.

I wish they made it fit the larger screen size. It would get 5 stars if it did.

I enjoyed the original version of this game and was excited when saw the HD version being advertised. I downloaded it and was happy again to see they carried over the "money" I had gained in the original version to this new HD app.
However my happiness faded pretty quickly during my first game of hold-em. I have 20-20 vision and had difficulty seeing my cards - def not HD and so far prefer the old apps graphics. I haven't tested any of the other casino games in the HD version but hopefully they send an update soon to improve graphics.

It has potential, but I'm curious as to what percentages you win vs the casino. I get a 7 on craps around every 3-4 rolls, not very realistic. I can't ever roll anything other than a seven it seems. Blackjack is bad, I've never played in a casino and lost as fast as in this game. It seems in blackjack the odds are very heavily in the favor of casino, and I know how to play blackjack odds. The mechanics of paying out are poor. I think it is great for people to learn the games, but the % of win/loss is way off.

I agree with others that this new version is too hard to recognize suits and card numbers. I like the game itself but I've lost hands confusing the cards on an iPhone. Please make the cards easy to read on the iPhone in an update.

The latest update you pushed through messes up the cards in the solitaire game. That game is the only reason I still use AstrawareCasino. Please fix ASAP

Upgraded my phone and my bank and wallet all transferred. Good games and tables. No fluff and not corny like most casino games. They do a great job of providing guides and rules for every game and table. Very helpful for learning and sharpening your poker skills and knowledge. Not perfect but not corny and full of fluff like most casino games.

I love the fact a version of AstrawareCasino has been available on all of the mobile platforms I have used in the past several years. The games are clean and straight forward and are not prone to crashing. I like the fact I can change my player level which not only increases your bets and minimums, but increases the difficulty.
