Hi. I would like to download tunable, but play store tells "it is only available for older android version". I have android 12. Is there something you could do about this?

I have Tunable on a Samsung S-20+. It has stopped working. All there is on the screen is a green bar and none of the buttons work. The app was purchased in 2016 from the Amazon App Store. How do I get this app to work again?

How to fix Tunable app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tunable app on iPhone
Update Tunable app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tunable iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tunable on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tunable network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tunable Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tunable not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tunable App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tunable » click [Force Stop]

Update Tunable to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tunable App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tunable » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tunable.

Fix Tunable unable to contact server/ Tunable internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tunable » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tunable » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tunable
