I have the pro version and it doesn't export anymore. It crashes over and over. The message says "bug" update and wait for the developer to fix the big... I uninstalled it and reinstalled few times but it still crashes.

Audipo on one of my iPads no longer syncs with the music on my PC. The iPad still syncs with the PC on the Music app on the iPad but I want it on the Audipo app.

My control options at the bottom of the Audipo screen are supper small and the speed change control does not appear. Should I re-install or do I need the pro version/how do I download the pro version if I need to? My phone is Android S21

How to fix Audipo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Audipo app on iPhone
Update Audipo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Audipo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Audipo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Audipo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Audipo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Audipo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Audipo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Audipo » click [Force Stop]

Update Audipo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Audipo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Audipo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Audipo.

Fix Audipo unable to contact server/ Audipo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Audipo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Audipo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Audipo
