I have had Facetune for years and love it, however recently I was able to upgrade to the iPhone 12 and the screen is significantly larger than my iPhone 7s I was using before. Now when I open this app and try to upload a photo to start editing, the screen blocks the button. So in the top left corner, where you can select a photo, is covered by the “clock” of the new iPhone and the button isn’t able to be pressed. So basically I can only use Facetune now to edit the sample photos they provide....and what’s the point of that? Essentially Facetune doesn’t fit the iPhone 12 screen, maybe I am the only person having this problem but regardless I now cannot use Facetune I bought and loved :(

Facetune used to be free...I have it on an old phone and both old iPads. I can’t use it on my new phone however without paying for it, even though I’ve downloaded it several times. I couldn’t even go into my downloaded apps and re-download it, it wasn’t there. For this reason it will get one star from me and NEVER get more than that. All it tells me is that all they care about is money and not about making a good product people can be happy with. As soon as people see a lot of people like their products and can turn around and make a buck they do, and forget about the people. Those are the products I refuse to support.

"this app" came across my feed and showed how easy it was to erase someone from a photo. This is a feature I wanted, and so I bought Facetune for $3.99. Once I opened Facetune I couldn't find that feature, the Vanish tool, so I googled it. It seems one can only get that feature in Facetune2. Since they had started bombarding my screen with upgrade to Facetune2 for free, I did that. Then one you open that, the Vanish tool that I was looking for appears as "Try". BUT if you want to "Try" that feature it will cost you an annual membership of more than a $100. Shame on you this app for misrepresenting what the original this app app is capable of doing. You can't use the Vanish tool in the original (paid) this app app. Buyer beware.

Facetune is definitely not my favorite because of the way it handles pictures with glasses. The glasses make it hard to add any other affects or make the eyes clearer! This is something that completely ruins my experience with Facetune because I am always wearing my glasses. If you wear glasses I wouldn’t download because you completely get jipped! If you don’t wear glasses this is an amazing app to edit all of your photos. The only other thing I would say is don’t go overboard editing your photos you are amazing just the way you are and I would only use Facetune for minor fixes such as a few of your biggest blemishes or lighting problems. I would NEVER use Facetune to completely change your image because you should always be true to who you are.
Lastly never use this app on your profile pictures or any other pictures that lots of people can see if they don’t like your looks they have everything wrong and you shouldn’t change for them. this app should add some kind of disclaimer about being true to you!

I really love Facetune I do, but it’s just SO annoying that it keeps not allowing my photo I edited to save to my camera roll when I specifically said it could access it. And did EVERYTHING to try to fix it. I made sure it was on for photos on my settings. Then when that DIDNT work I uninstalled Facetune and installed it again- did not work. Then I even installed the new update just in case that was it and it DID NOT WORK. Please fix Facetune so my photo quality can be better BC screenshoting a photo decreases the photo quality and makes it more pixelated.

this app is good for improving photos, like removing a bad pimple or reducing the oil aggravated by photo flash. However, two things need to be fixed:
1) the photo quality needs to be better retained. Often the quality is slightly reduced but worse, there’s vertical lines that show up in the photo.
2) The file name becomes “this app”. This is problematic to those who do not want those to know a photo is FaceTuned but are sending it to them Via text or email. Should be something less obvious.

So I bought Facetune because I remember hearing for the longest time about how great Facetune is . It's been a number of years since then 5 or 6 but I bought Facetune and immediately seen the add for "this app 2" and how it's free with the option of access to "all the features" for a bi annually or annually fee. So I'm confused on what am I paying for is this app have more features or better all around app then the this app 2 without the subscription and less inferior to the this app 2 all access pass thing or is this app with or without the all access thing just better I don't know why if there's a new version is the old one still for 5 bucks and not free if the Better newer version is free I don't know cause I refuse to Download it well played dickbags

Facetune is so easy to use. I mainly use it erasing my wrinkles or shades on my face. I practiced a couple of times and I completely got the hang of it. The pictures I fixed look so much better, more youthful and more photogenic!!!! I take selfies for my instagram and it really helps them!!! If you’re in 20’s or early 30’s, you may not really appreciate this function because you already look good, but if you’re over 40, you would absolutely love what Facetune does!

If I’m being honest I love Facetune. I wear glasses but I DO take them off when I take a picture of myself. The problem is I have a very noticeable tan line on my nose. And not to mention my acne. Also this story probably sounds to tragic to believe, but yes I’m a real person. Then I found Facetune. The first time I really used it, this girl made me gorgeous. I found friends, I got a dog that loved me. I got married and had kids! Facetune came through and made me worth it.

Thank you for making a fantastic app that’s works great and charging only $4 to have it FOREVER instead of all these other apps that want you to sign up to pay forever. I have Zero subscriptions. People support apps like this that are great. The developers need to make money so you can choose to pay once, have ads forever or a subscription forever. This is honest: I support you: )

I love Facetune sooo much. It can do anything from making your teeth whiter to highlighting your face to sliming down a little! I use this the most to adjust the little things like skin texture and even the whites of my eyes; it makes all the difference! Not only are there so many features, but Facetune is super easy to learn and you easily pick up what to do. It helps they have demo pictures to practice on. If you are in to editing at all, you will absolutely love this!!!

I’ve been a FT user since the very beginning & have tried all of the other versions too. Hands down this original version is sooooo much better & easier to use!
The 2nd version is just too much. Not all of us need or want all of that extra “stuff” to have to navigate thru. Seems as tho the developers are focusing all of their time & resources on the other versions, not updating or doing much of anything to this “OG” app & its “OG” users! Such a shame.
The video version is a waste of $ if you plan on using it for anything OTHER than your actual face. I’m a clothing boutique owner & take a lot of clothing only videos, so this was a huge waste of $ for me.

When I upgraded to this app 2 in the past I regretted it and I could never find the original this app again I was not able to do the things that I used to do freely on the first version. Now that I have my new Apple phone back I was able to download the first version of this app and I am back at it again I can do anything with this one and I’m just in love all over again thank you for keeping this version alive.

Let’s get real, if everyone who has even a semi decent platform, they’re using this app more than any singer using auto-tune?! Who doesn’t want to see their pictures cleaned up? I don’t ADVERTISE when I use it, and I use the same way I use makeup, lightly! Plus I have a little sneak peek into the results I’m going to have when I get my skin where I want it, and my smile!

Bottom line: everyone else has it, & uses it! Absolutely there’s no shame, just don’t over done it!

Facetune is perfect and I have been using it for a long time now. It does everything I need plus more when editing photos. I recommend getting this one here vs getting one with a monthly subscription. This allows to remove blemishes, resize things and morph, filters and much more! Its so easy to use as well which is a plus. This is one of those apps that when I found I actually stopped trying to find a replacement for it. Happy customer :)

Facetune is worth every penny! I’ve bought it on three different devices and paid for it over again all three times and it’s totally worth it. It’s like photoshop but SO much easier to use and so much more natural. I wish I could include pictures of before and after photos from using Facetune. I can edit people and make them look like an entirely different person and it’s still natural looking! I can’t even do that with photoshop. Seriously Facetune is incredible.

Facetune is the only app I use to edit my makeup pictures. I paid for it & it’s just what I know. I’ve used it for about 3 years now. The “but” is, I would really like for the this app 2 ad to NOT be in there when I paid for no ads and full access in the first one. I don’t want to “upgrade.” The reviews on the other has all to do with it. Aside for that annoying thing, this is literally the best app for editing pics, in my personal opinion. I love it & will continue to use THIS version of it! ❤️

Get Facetune. Now. What are you waiting for? You don’t have to do any further research. This will allow you to *easily* adjust any aspect of your photo— from face blemishes to red & white eye, from double chin to dark under eyes. You can also add popping cheek bones, white, natural smiles, a touch of lip color and brighten up your eyes. And this is just the beginning! You can remove things from outside your face, too! Like a sign in the background by patching it with something else... the list goes on and on. *Trust me*... this is the best face tuning *magic* app out there by far.

This is a fantastic app for editing photos. Very easy to use to touch up a few blemishes or remove that speck of food between in your teeth in a selfie.

My one complaint is that this app does not have the option to “overwrite” a photo similar to Google’s Snapseed app. Meaning that instead of having to save a new copy of the photo in your “Camera Roll” it would simply replace the photo with the edited one. That’s nice when it comes to preserving the location of where the photo was taken, what time etc.

If the devs could add that to Facetune it’d be a 5 star app.

I love taking selfies but often have a few blemishes on my face that I’d rather not document forever. There’s nothing wrong in editing those out (it’s what my face looks like underneath!), and the patch effect works so well for this! I also have a wrinkle between my eyebrows that sometimes seems too prominent and I smooth then patch that one out, too. I am big on loving yourself, but I see no issue doing a little cleanup every once in a while, and nothing does that better than Facetune!

i got the iphone X max & realized that when i saved my pictures, the quality was horrible. the picture would look unclear. i had Facetune on my other phone & i had never experienced this issue. so is this happening because i got a larger screen sized phone? i tried using the “recommended size” & the “maximum size” & they still don’t save to my camera roll with great quality. i’d love to know how to fix this because i love Facetune & i’d hate to switch to another one!
