The app is unusable now :/
I have had this app for years and love it, however recently I was able to upgrade to the iPhone 12 and the screen is significantly larger than my iPhone 7s I was using before. Now when I open facetune and try to upload a photo to start editing, the screen blocks the button. So in the top left corner, where you can select a photo, is covered by the “clock” of the new iPhone and the button isn’t able to be pressed. So basically I can only use this app now to edit the sample photos they provide....and what’s the point of that? Essentially the app doesn’t fit the iPhone 12 screen, maybe I am the only person having this problem but regardless I now cannot use this app I bought and loved :(

Bait & Switch
"Facetune" came across my feed and showed how easy it was to erase someone from a photo. This is a feature I wanted, and so I bought the app for $3.99. Once I opened the app I couldn't find that feature, the Vanish tool, so I googled it. It seems one can only get that feature in Facetune2. Since they had started bombarding my screen with upgrade to Facetune2 for free, I did that. Then one you open that, the Vanish tool that I was looking for appears as "Try". BUT if you want to "Try" that feature it will cost you an annual membership of more than a $100. Shame on you Facetune for misrepresenting what the original Facetune app is capable of doing. You can't use the Vanish tool in the original (paid) Facetune app. Buyer beware.

For one reason only...
This app used to be free...I have it on an old phone and both old iPads. I can’t use it on my new phone however without paying for it, even though I’ve downloaded it several times. I couldn’t even go into my downloaded apps and re-download it, it wasn’t there. For this reason it will get one star from me and NEVER get more than that. All it tells me is that all they care about is money and not about making a good product people can be happy with. As soon as people see a lot of people like their products and can turn around and make a buck they do, and forget about the people. Those are the products I refuse to support.
