If I could give TaxiCaller zero stars I would this was the worst app I’ve ever used I got threatened by the taxi driver TaxiCaller has many problems. It worked at first but stopped working after a while😡😡😡
I was over charged because the driver was not paying attention to his GPS but was instead joyriding and made me almost 40 mins late to work. very unprofessional when they went the wrong way and still charge me double the amount
With what little bit I did with TaxiCaller it seems to flows smoothly and is fast to find my destinations. But I’m not going to agree to ordering a cab or book a cab until I know how much it’s going to cost me.
Used this to get a cab in Vancouver from Canada Place to the airport. I inputted 6 people and requested a larger car and noted that we had 4 adults and 2 kids. The estimated cost was “estimated” 33 CAD. When my driver got in touch, he said it was actually flat rate 41 CAD. Fine. Then when I went to pay he said it was another 10 CAD for the extra people and all the bags. And he also mentioned that because I used TaxiCaller to hire him, it was more expensive (hence the extra 10CAD) than waving a cab down. So deceptive! Better off to use UBER or LYFT than using TaxiCaller which is promoted on Vancouver taxis.
Tried it repeatedly in aniline Denmark and it did not work once, would just say “ finding a driver for you “ and never did even after 10 minutes.

I used TaxiCaller to get the best price quote. The 1st time round, I accepted the best quoted price which is at 23; the actual price charged by taxi is 38 (Tip not included). 2nd Trip quote is again 26, actual price paid is 45. When I asked the taxi driver, they said they are just charging based on the Meter.
Consider redesigning the interface, but with accessibility in mind. Seems like blind users like me having to use accessibility features is actually hindering my ability to use TaxiCaller rather than helping me with it. Buttons do not speak right even with advanced features recently added for poorly designed apps, As screen readers are always trying to improve.
Not only was my driver 40 minutes late. Overcharged me 4 extra dollars when the estimate was 13 and the actual time on the clock said 14$. Just because I had a friend worth me. Just get an Uber or Lyft. It will charge 12 flat. With no extra fees or time clock. I just chose this because I only had cash never again.
I left something in my driver car. I had called and messaged customer service the same day and also for the following several days.
Not even a a call back. This is unacceptable and will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Very unprofessional and will file complaints wherever need be.
Just for 5 minutes you charged me 18 dollars without hesitation and there is only the driver who can see the price. While I usually pay $8 for this course. This is my first and last experience with you.
if you an appointment or have to go to work highly suggest booking a taxi AT LEAST an hour early, bc they take forever literally
I had a very bad situation today I was quoted 11 dollars for my cab fair the driver proceeded to charge my card 14 without hesitation before I could speak up my phone vibrated I get notifications every time my card is used and it was confirmed along the ride the driver picked up another individual that stated he was paying with card and the driver told the passenger it wasn’t working that would have to stop at the store I don’t know why I was charged 3 extra dollars I tip when I can I don’t know if it went to a tip or if it went too a stop I didn’t get I’m very upset a driver can lie and manipulate people help who they want and take advantage of other people I haven’t I’m upset because there is no support customer can tell superior about the misbehaving or problems now I’m obligated to find a new taxi service I’ve reached out calling on my lunch that’s now over and it’s saying due to the hi call volume please try again later I’m very upset
It’s easy enough but makes it appear as if the job is done and confirmed. It’s only when your taxi never shows that you realize it’s useless. We called the service number and the woman, after realizing we’d been stood up, hung up on me and canceled my ride. No attempt to help or offer suggestions. Would not recommend to anyone.
it used to let me pre book my trips to work a few hours or a day in advance. now when i try it says it has to be a full days notice. now it won’t even let me do that. i just tried booking a trip for tomorrow at 1:15 and it was 1:05 and it told me
“too short of notice either book ASAP or a day in advanced.” well, i tried that! now so i’m not late to work, i have to book my trip almost two hours in advance! why did y’all change the booking feature!
Service is awful. It’s very hard to find a car sometimes. Even if you get a car, 4 times out pf 10, It doesn’t go your way.
Only positive thing about it is price, it’s cheap.
The developer hasn’t provided necessary updates to iOS platform. GPS takes longer to refresh on iOS as compared to android but that’s because developer don’t care to do updates to iOS.
GPS on android works better but I’ll never buy android. Also can’t message on iOS to dispatch within app like you can on android. Again, why does developer not care? Same features on both platforms would be nice.
No option to pay with card in TaxiCaller . It only gives me the option to choose cash...
I downloaded this to use while I was in Scotland to travel between airports. Booking a taxi was super easy and I received an email confirmation as soon as it was submitted. I doubt I will use TaxiCaller once I’m back in the states, but overall I feel like it’s a pretty decent app. My only complaints are: one, I was unable to pay online (I think that was because I was using a prepaid travel card) and two, I had to log back in every time I exited TaxiCaller . These two things weren’t deal breakers, so I am still really pleased with TaxiCaller .
I’ve gotten Shawn nearly every time I’ve used this service and his company is always appreciated. He’s a friendly personality and a great driver. Never takes too long and is patient with me. Glad I found this company and these drivers— Thank you!!
