First of all, i just download HungerStation , and they offer free delivery on the first order plus discount for the meal, yet when i ordered, they charged me for delivery and put it as a credit to my account which got expired after a while! It is free just make it free don’t take money from me and put it as credit in account. That is just a twisted scam! Even when i want to you the credit money there a rules like i have to put my card info to pay the rest of the bill . I can’t use my apple pay with it! What is that about!!!!? it takes too long to deliver your food, and when i use discount coupon, it doesn’t deduct the money form my order instead, it add the discounted money as a credit, and you have to put your credit car info to use it! Also, HungerStation need a lots of of work and development, it should give more details about the food, drinks, etc. for example, it should give info about the food ingredients incase of someone has an allergy of something, and it should add a box of instruction about the food incase of i want to remove something from the food i ordered, and exactly the size of drink. Large and small is not enough info!

I swear to god I’d rather stay In a starvation than try it again.
It’s my first & my last time ordering from this garbage.I Just order my almost 200 Riyals payed by Apple Pay & all the sudden they cancelled my order and said we can’t deliver to u right now please try again later!!
And you’d probably wonder what’s happened to my money? Guess what I swear to god they don’t even bother to say anything about and it’s been more than an hour still didn’t get no money Not even a single person answering my messages on Twitter or HungerStation ?? it’s obvious from the name “this app” why didn’t I think about it look at the name it’s crystal clear they take ur money & leave you hungry for 7 days if u lucky 👎🏻

I’ve been using HungerStation for a while now but I will definitely using it again. There are far better delivery apps in Saudi Arabia. I have to say I’m astounded by how absolutely terrible their customer service is. The last straw came when I placed an order and paid for it using my credit card which didn’t arrive. After waiting for an hour and a half I raised a complaint but didn’t get a response until over an hour. The representative told me he’d make sure I got it as soon as possible but after waiting for almost another hour I raised another complaint. This time I didn’t get a response until almost four hours later asking me if I got the order! Unfortunately I was asleep by then and didn’t see it until the morning at which point the complaint ticked was filed as “closed” and I couldn’t file another one! So basically I just paid over SR100 and got nothing! There’s no real way to reach anyone who works for HungerStation at this point, nothing! Save yourself the headache and frustration and try pretty much any other app in Saudi

Worst food delivery application that ever existed! I’ve never got my order as per the agreed time, there’s always an hour to 2 hours delay past the timer. My recent order the delivery guy left without giving me change (which was 50+ SAR) and half of my order was missing. I tried to contact him multiple times, guess what... he didn’t reply 😂. Honestly I have enough stories to write a book and i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but that’s the end of it. And as usual customer service is useless. I hope they go bankrupt soon, because they’re scammers :). They don’t even have the decency to reply to people and/or give refunds!

The customer service is just horrible. Their response is not on time and what makes it worse is that there is no number that you can contact them on if you have an issue. If you raise a complain and they feel like contacting you they will call you. Recently used an amount in my Wallet inside HungerStation and the delivery was cancelled with a claim that the restaurant is closed. When I called the restaurant it was still open and closes after 2 hours from that time. this app reply was oh we’re sorry and will refund your money back. It’s not always about the money but that’s what they think. I’m deleting HungerStation .

HungerStation is a scam and it should be removed from HungerStation store. They always cancel the order after making you wait an hour. and last time they did this i payed using apple pay because i didn’t have cash and of course! they cancelled the order and didn’t return my money and they deleted any evidence of my order, no receipt or anything. A day after that they literally withdrew money from my credit card out of nowhere :) i did not order anything. On top of all that, the only way to communicate with them is through twitter which they completely ignore, and email which is also ignored.

I dont recommend HungerStation , seriously this company should be close . I had a problem with them , their driver delivered the food to me and the sandwich was opened , smelly and cold , the moment i gave him the money and i was checking on the food he went fast to his car and left , when i tried to contact him right away his phone was off ! I wrote a ticket in app they removed it ! I felt so bad that i threw the food and they took my money without respecting their customers. Enough with these of type companies collecting money not giving their customers quality service or professional reach . I hope we all stop supporting them they don’t deserve a single penny .

I don’t even know where to start. This application is nothing but an advertisement, I always try to order food but there is always something makes me regret dealing with HungerStation, they always accept your order even though they’re not capable of delivering not even on time but at all!! and makes you wait for hours without updating you, and after hours of waiting they decide to cancel. Not to mention that when you pay through ApplePay, they intentionally ghost you and never respond back nor refund your money. I’m talking based on an experience, and not making this up, I tried giving them a lot of chances, but obviously HungerStation is a fraud.

They changed my location for no reason even though it was saved as “home” and I never changed it. I noticed the error after I sent my order so I immediately messaged the driver from within HungerStation that the location is wrong and he ignored the text so I called him and he said he doesn’t look at texts and he’s not going to come to me because I was too far. And the help team did nothing to help me so I paid the full price of the order and ended up with no money or food because of their faulty app. Deleting. and I will never order from here again.

HungerStation is frustrating in so many ways. You'll have to re enter your credit card info every time instead of having it saved to save your time. The inconvenience level is 1000. The delivery takes over an hour to deliver to your home. Ordered twice now from different places and both orders were failed even though they did process a transaction from my credit card. This is really stupid. I don't know why is HungerStation so popular when it has so many glitches that no one of the developers cared to fix. Take notes from ubereats or doordash!!(Unfortunately these apps aren't present in KSA and instead we have hunger station)).
I will not use HungerStation again. Bye.

HungerStation is terrible. I made an order and paid and the order was made by the restaurant. However the driver had put that he delivered the order without even bringing it. Thereafter it took me an hour to contact them in which they said that they were ‘sorry’ and promised me a refund. Guess what NO REFUND. At the time they told me try again in a few minutes and I did. However, after confirming my purchase and the transaction being made, the order said that it could not be processed. Now they have managed not given me any of my money back and the food has not been delivered. To be blunt, DO NOT USE this app. They will rob you of your money and leave you without any food.

I’ve tried some apps for food delivery, and HungerStation is the poorest one ever. I tried to order food from different places to be sure that HungerStation is ok, but unfortunately it was not. One order delayed 40 min after the promised time, when anther order was not correct. I did write a ticket in both times. The first time they promised to give a specific amount of money in my wallet, and they didn’t. In the second time, they didn’t even reply to my ticket, and it’s still open from three days ago.

Don’t waste your time and money with this app. Believe me you will regret it. Try better apps for food delivery.

كانت من اسوء التجارب في برامج التوصيل. حاول اطلب اكثر من مره حتى اتأكد انه الغلط والتأخير كان بسبب ظرف عرضي لكن اتوقع انه شي طبيعي مع هنقرستيشن، والمشكله انه مافيه مصداقيه في خدمة العملاء. وعدوا بمبلغ اضافي للمحفظه بسبب تأخير في التوصيل لاكثر من ٤٠ دقيقة بعد الوقت المحدد اللي كان ٦٠ دقيقه، وانتظرت كم يوم وحتى الان ما اضافوا المبلغ اللي وعدوني وبعدها صارت مشكله في احد الطلبات ووصلني طلب مختلف والى الان التذكره مفتوحه حتى ما احد رد علي والكلام هذا من ثلاث ايام.

والله ما انصح في هذا البرنامج ابداً. فيه خيارات اخرى افضل بكثير من حيث سرعة التوصيل، اسعار التوصيل، تعدد المطاعم المقترحه، و اهم شي الاستجابه للعملاء.

I had an experience with customer service were I ordered an order than cancel it right away, and never got a refund neither the order, I called the driver and he told me it’s been canceled I didn’t pick anything and after that I called customer service and they gave me an email I contacted them thru email, they asked for the order number i gave to them and sense than I’ve been trying to contact them no response at all very terrible customer service and, this app raise the prices of every restaurant menu plus delivery charge, trust me there is plenty of other applications where you get better deals and way better customer service in case anything happens

Never fail to surprise me of how terrible they can get.. last time the customer service hand up on me and called the driver and told him its your problem now, even the driver thinks they’re terrible and he gave us a discount with his own money, which we rejected because its not his fault the company is becoming the worst. Been using for years and I regret it almost every time. I would highly recommend Jahez or even Marsool even tho its a bit more expensive but they wont be as terrible as hunger station’s customer service. And its the only app that sometimes makes me wait an hr then cancels. Once in ramadan i ordered at 12pm and they brought it after Fajr prayer... what am I supposed to do with it after Fajir

I have spent thousands of riyals on this app through many orders, and I can verify that this “service” is overpriced and unprofessional.

I placed an order and paid online with my Mada card. I received a double order from two separate drivers, one of which was requesting cash. This was clearly due to a glitch in HungerStation . The cash driver informed me that he had paid from his pocket and so I felt inclined to pay him (assuming this app would resolve the issue with me). After many disruptive calls they informed me that they would raise this issue to higher management, but they never did. Weeks later I checked the ticket and it said “solved”, and so I raised the issue again informing them that it was not solved. They said they can do nothing since I paid the driver.

this app has a reputation for poor treatment of drivers, vendors, and evidently customers. I recommend HungerStation to no one.

I downloaded this application after seeing the 99% off discount plus free delivery for new users, they have a 3.75 riyals fee if you want to pay by card, and i added my card and their was no problems with this app taking the fee but when it came to this app taking the after discount payment (0.37 riyals) they wouldn’t process it! (No the restaurant didn’t close and no i have money on my credit card) and i had no option but to cancel the order and try again and when i did they said you have used the coupon! What the????? So this app had no problems taking 3.75 riyals but has a problem with 0.37 riyals? This application is a scam I even called them and they have the wrong operating hours posted, so I emailed them and they still haven’t got back to me, I don't recommend this application if i could go lower than a star I would. False advertising, scammers, and very unprofessional.

They waited for 45 minutes before telling me that the order will be cancelled. I called the driver and he told me that he called the company 30 mins earlier informing them that his car was broken. The company neither informed me nor arranged another driver to deliver the order. Pathetic to say the least. They don’t have a number to call on and you cannot initiate chat with agent unless it’s pass your estimated delivery time which means that you will not know about your order delivery issues until it is too late. There are no negative stars else I would have rated them those. App Store will not accept a review without stars else hunger station doesn’t deserve even a star

Whenever there is an issue, HungerStation asks you to call the restaurant without providing the restaurant number.

Also, the instant chat either doesn't work or they will reply the next day. This is not practical at all. I only need to chat of there's an issue and the nature of the service in HungerStation is time-constrained. I hope the developer take an action regarding this matter.

Finally, when you want to type a ticket, the send button disappears behind the keyboard so you can’t send the issue which is frustrating.

I turned off the offers notifications and still receiving offers notifications i had to turn off all app notification from system settings.. no wonder why people quit HungerStation or orders are not answered/picked from clients when its delivered because everyone has to turn off notifications..
So they have to remember to turn off each time.. why adding offers notifications option if doesn’t function 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I think my days have become easier with HungerStation as it helps me a lot and I get the chance to try out new restaurants every time and I really love the service, The drivers are also kind and always contact kindly and they wait patiently outside until I get the door or get the change for them. Lots of thumbs up for this amazing app

I used this once and the order came later than it would have if I directly contacted the restaurant. I’ve been trying to use it again but whenever I try to order it tells me that the restaurant does not deliver to my location which is weird because it shows up on the list of locations that deliver to me?? I also don’t get why a lot of restaurants deliver to places two streets away from my location but do not deliver to mine? The delivery fees are overpriced and not worth the terrible delivery service and not to mention more expensive that the actual restaurant’s delivery fees. Uninstalling.

I used to order from an ice cream shop frequently and they always delivered, but recently, whenever I search for the store’s name, it tells me that no stores match my selection. This is a blatant lie because when I use a different address and search for the same store, I find it and can order from it. There is no reason, as far as I know, to remove restaurants and shops from my selection because of my location. If the excuse for removing a store is that said store is too far away, then that excuse makes no sense, because i have ordered multiple times from that store and they delivered every time with no trouble. So why is it now that they decided that it was too far? Even if it was too far, why should that be a concern? All the store has to do is to take my order and prepare it. The driver then takes the order and delivers it to my location. Not a single one of these processes should be concerned with my location. The drivers, from what I know about HungerStation, don’t work for the stores I order from. They simply deliver my order. They also have to first accept my order before delivering it, which means that they accept the distance they have to drive to deliver the order. So why does HungerStation remove certain stores from my selection? The only excuse I could think of was the distance, and it’s already a weak excuse. If there are any other reasons, I would probably understand, but currently, I can’t think of any acceptable reasons.

Another thing I tried to cancel my order after a minute there is no way to cancel it and asked for ticket !!! And there is no customer service to deal with.
البرنامج فيه خيار بطاقة الفيزا شغال بس وقت التجربة سحبوا ريال و لما طلبت صار الدفع نقدي اجباري !! حاولت اكنسل الطلب بعد دقيقة لان ما عندي فكة نقد ما تنكسل و بعد ابلشوني بسالفة التذاكر لازم يكون عندك تذكرة وش هالخرابيط المفروض يسمح الالغاء في اول خمس دقايق من الطلب شي ثاني حاولت أتواصل مع خدمة العملاء علشان اعرف ليه ما سحبوا المبلغ من البطاقة ما فيه احد يرد و لا فيه رقم ثابت

i have about 109 restaurant nearby and every time i try to order its always the same 17 ish restaurants that are open?
Also, I don’t understand why the very very close restaurants cost this much delivery fee? most the time the drivers are already close to the address and im just few turns away so it seems unfair to pay 19 for it but also pay 19 for much much further restaurants¿
I love HungerStation and there have been many improvements throughout the years but there are also very little irritating things that make the experience drops down to 0

Hungerstation robed me. I spend 600 SAR in sushi in a branch that is 5 mins from my house. Because I was on an important urgent call I couldn’t answer the driver. Instead of taking the food back to the shop, hungerstation kept the order and kept my money. Useless customer service. No wonder they have to spend all that money in advertising…. Deleted the APP obviously

We ordered in Zad Alsultan this afternoon (20/08/23) and order number is 389653179. The app shows the food is delivered but we did not receive the food . we have paid for it online

Hopefully anyone who reads this is not scammed by Hungerstation. I don’t live in Saudi Arabia, and I have never downloaded the app on any of my devices. A few days after Christmas Eve I received a fraud alert on two international charges on my Capital One credit card. I called the bank and told them I was in the U.S. in Austin, Texas and have never even heard of this business. They reversed the charges and sent me a new card. Well, tonight (January 9, 2022) I finally activated my new credit card. I checked my account summary and there were new charges on December 30th and 31st for Hungerstation listed. What I don’t understand is how this business or app was able to bill my card when it wasn’t active? Now I’m going to call again and close my account for good. It’s going to ruin my perfect credit score. I wonder what else these thieves know about me. Beware. They must’ve bought my info on the dark web. Beware. Something is amiss.
