At first I liked this app a lot but now I am very disappointed, I ordered 2 times and the orders never arrived, the restaurants cancelled without any reasons. I didn’t receive full refund of one of my orders till now.

No proper English speaker at the help desk. I give up using them.

So I can’t ever rate a place/order, it simply doesn’t work.
Plus I placed an order of 150 sar because 50 will be going back to my wallet and well... nothing happened ! Fake offers !

So this is one of the best app i ever tried for food ordering, the restaurants choice is great and far better than other apps, the only issue is the ridiculous delivery price that is the double of other food delivery provider.

أجل تراك وصلت خير .. سكّت جوعك ودللـّـه واطلب له اللي يبي من مطاعمنا الكثيرة، ترا عندنا أكثر من 10000 مطعم، كل اللي عليك إنك تحمّل تطبيق هنقرستيشن وتطلب بضغطة زر، ويوصلك الأكل لحد عندك.
إيه صح وآخر شي إذا ماعندك كاش بالبيت ترا عندنا مطاعم تقدر تدفعلها عن طريق الفيزا.
- هنقرستيشن يفهمك وعشان كذا تقدر تضيف وتحذف الإضافات اللي في وجبتك على كيفك.
